After reading all posts from several sites, I thought this was fraud. Turns out it's the renewal fee for the Anti-virus program I installed on my daughter's college laptop. I didn't know about the charge because she got the e-mail reminder as the program was registered to her.

It is a reoccuring charge for Iobit software program or some other internet product that you purchased.

We ordered a Data Transfer from EASEUS online. From what we found, We purchased a ONE time fee for this program, downloaded, and used the program. We received this monthly recurring fee two months later. I had to contact the 888 number and they canceled the subscription. I sent an email to the support@easeus and made my complaint and requested a refund of the monthly charge. I am waiting to hear back from the company. I can only think that there was a small print line in ref to monthly subscription, but with two of us following the directions from EASEUS and the download, neither of us saw the monthly subscription portion of this. I hope others can clear their issue with this info.

Call the 1-888-247-1614 and they will tell you what it was for.

They ask for your number before they ever speak to you- some sort of membership number.
