Charged $49.95 to my Capital One Visa for 8882034360BSLDRFRMLA888-5943516CA. Called 888 number and person answering said he works for a customer service organization that handles thousands of companies. He did find an account for me which I had him cancel. I think this is a follow-up fraud charge as

I received a charge on my card for $78.63 from Bioslend-8882034360. The charge was dated 7/04 for Bioslenderformula which was never ordered by me. I requested a copy of the transaction be sent to me by e-mail which he did. I promptly contacted my credit card company and cancelled the card and reported the fraud to them.

I also go this charge on my card - the 8882034360BSLDRFRMLA. The guy that claims to handle 2000+ customer service companies was oddly enough the same guy i got on 3 calls spaced out over an hour ... so not believing it. As he asked for the first and last 4 of my credit card, and i refused to give them he got more loud and argumentative. I just asked if one of the companies he dealt with was Bio Slender and he wouldn't answer. Disputing charge, canceling card is the safest way to go.

I had a fraud charge from IEPTCS.COM for $49.95 on June 22. This charge was automatically credited on the same day so no damage, but the July 4th charge from the 888 company is still active. Card is now cancelled and credit card company is dealing with it.

Reported to the Ohio Attorney General. First Pharm doesn't even have an address to contact them

Bio Slender Formula 888-594-3516 I too had the same problem, oddly the same date. Merchant number I found to follow up to dispute the charge...888-203-4360. Good luck as I have not had a refund yet despite what they tell me. My card too is cancelled
