What is it?

No can help. Just "share the misery''. Same problem here. Called that "CBI" rip off outfit numerous times, and still could not understand name CBI stands for, so I could log in and cancel my subscription to Avira. I uninstalled Avira completely from my desk top 8 months ago...and still got scammed by CBI for 49;95$, 2 weeks ago.

I paid for software to protect my iPad. it has never transpired. Never arrived. Missing in action. Whatever you want to say. I was rooked/robbed on the internet. Does that sound odd to anyone who has used the internet for many years? There are no supporting links, just a charge of $45.99 from CBI Avira on my bank statement. This may not be the right forum to seek redress, but it is the one I found first.

We are ridiculously vulnerable to slime buckets who prey on honest people just looking for solutions to everyday problems in our lives. Perhaps if we went back to public executions, as they had in Medieval times or even caning as in Singapore, it would cut down on this kind of activity. I want my money back.

Can you help? What is this charge?
