Do not buy from cafepress, they enroll you for monthly 9.95 charges without your knowledge for some coupon code and subscriptions. They are scammers making charges to your credit card without your explicit knowledge and may not refund any. In the fineprint of the email it indicated that you can cancel within 30 days. The charges come as CPC*PRESCLB. Call below number and get your membership cancelled (look for email from cafe press it might have a member id)

I did an online complaint to my Attorney General here in St. Louis, Mo. Because they did the same thing to me. I also called my credit card company & I disputed the charge & then called café press and told them what they did was illegal on the 9.95 on my credit card & told them I found other complaints online that they were doing this to other customers.............

Seems my wife subscribed to this service without realizing it (a common error it seems). They were polite and refunded the most recent payment, but refused to refund anything else. I'm not sure if I should contact BBB or not, so if anyone has advice I'd greatly appreciate it.

The same thing happened to me -- CafePress started making $9.95 monthly charges that I do not recall having agreed to. When I called them to complain and request a refund, the customer service representative transferred me to a "third-party company" that handles billing. After initially declining to refund two monthly charges because I'd allegedly clicked an enrollment feature on the CafePress website, the third party representative agreed to issue a full refund but he couldn't take a formal complaint because he doesn't work directly for CafePress.

I called Cafepress today to request a refund for all four months I was being charged $9.95 (per month). The representative advised that I was not "eligible" for a refund. After much persuading that I did not authorize the subscription, never used the "perks" of the subscription (that was described to me from the representative, and was not aware of the my membership, I was refunded all four months ($39.80). The representative was quite helpful, but I will certainly confirm with my bank that the refund is processed.

We called the number on the credit card statement that they listed above, and the gentleman on the phone stated we must have clicked the purchase and join button by accident. They were going to cancel the service and refund the money. Hope this helps someone else.

Saw this $9.95 charge from CPC*PRESCLB 877-8438082 and looked it up on the internet. Came across these complaints that CafePress automatically enrolls you in their Press Club. You CAN GET A REFUND. Call 1-(877)-843-8082 and select Cancel Membership (selection 1, as I'm sure it's their #1 reason for calls). Tell them you did not know that you subscribed, you have not received their emails or used their "perks," and that you want your money refunded. I talked to "Janelle," who was very friendly and told me that my $9.95 will be refunded in 3-7 business days (of course this is after their scripted "you got an email that had a number to call within 30 days if you had wished to cancel"). What they are doing is ILLEGAL - CALL OUT THEIR B/S and you WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK (and a cancellation confirmation number). Of course, I will be closely watching my bank account for the promised refund.

I ordered merchandise from café press and this charge has shown up on my credit card statement. I did not authorize this charge nor do I owe this.cpp presclb ca

I found this same charge on my bank charge card. I disputed it and PNC Bank
resolved it with CP. They credited me with the money.
