02/19/2013 - 1225 Experian InfoFCR.com CA 02/17 $ -19.95. I received this charge from my checking account and cannot get anyone to help me understand why it is? I HAD a free credit report membership that was $8.49/month, so I do not know what the $19.95 is!! Because no one at customer service would help me, I cancelled my membership effective today 2/26/2013. I am also completing a Ripoff Report with this information today and will be contacting the BBB and any other fraud research company with this information. Very unacceptable!!

Yes, this means the card was charged with opening an account with https://www.freecreditreport.com, as secure legitimate website. You can contact them if your login information is lost.
