INTERNETCUSTSVC.CO

I received a notice from my bank that I had been charged $39.95 by a company called INTERNETCUSTSVC.COM. When I went to this site to try to find out what it was, it was only some sort of refund page. You had to enter your name and email...and something else, but I can't remember. I tried going back to that site by entering the same web address, but, surprise surprise, it's no longer there. AND it warns you to NOT go to your bank about this as it will take longer for the refund if you did.

I received a charge from INTERNETCUSTSVC.COM of 39.95. on the charge (which I have purchased alerts on) it said "in not available on Card" I don't know what that means. Normally it says -blank- on card. On this purchase alert the name INTERNETCUSTSVC.COM was a link and I clicked it which took me to some sketchy refund page which will supposedly email me. I have no idea what kind of scam this might be l. Should I freeze my card?
