Multiple charges over a few months. Lots of charges on April 27. I have never down loaded any music. Thought it was my daughter but it is not what's up ?

I just noticed that there were two charges this month on my amex that were not mine. Tried contacting Itunes musicusa itunecupertion no phone. Amex found 9 charges since Feb.2013 that I did not authorize.

Contacted Apple and they have no record of a purchase from me from these people. So, apparently it is not really from iTunes.
