What is it?

I told the company that my mother had moved to another country in her retirement. I asked the company to change service address to that country. Service only works in the US. Fully knowledgeable of this, I knew it was a good way to cancel the service and associated fees. Life Protect 24/7 agreed to cancel the service and stop the fees.

Information on my bank statement for a monthy charge from a company that claims to be providing medical alert coverage. I returned the equipement, they charged me outrageous price for the returned equipment, and have continued to charge me a monthly fee. For what? I CANT use their alert coverage, even if I wanted to! No equipment. NOT HAPPY! They go by the name of Life Protect 24/7 or US Life Alerrt, or about ten other names.
