My card was charged $ 99.99 on 3/16 to Microsoft*Microsoft 36 MSBILL.INFO. WA. I did not make this charge. It is fraudulent

My card was charged $99.99 on 7/20/2022to Microsoft MS msbill.info WA. I did not authorize such a transaction. I can only surmise it to be fraudulent.

I have a charge on my Mastercard that I believe is wrong. It is for $76.64 and that is not the amount I have from Microsoft. How can I get the charge removed from my card? I don't know if this is fraud or a billing mistake as the amount is different than what I pay.

I have a msbill.info charge of 9.99 labelled from x box on my cash app card. I don't own a xbox. So what in the world is going on?

My card has been charged multiple times since 11/22/22 for micro soft purchases and recurring DDA purchase/ subscription which I did not make. Someone hacked my card and is continuing to do so with these monthly charges. My bank has been involved and fraud has been reported. I need to speak with someone to ensure this monthly subscription is removed from my card. This was a purchase of an Zbox and accessories from the looks of the charges on my statement on 11/22/22. This person also made fraudulent charges to grub hub and several different restaurants, therefore proving this was not me making the purchases. This has gone on far too long and I need Mircrosoft to assist in pinning down this person who hacked me. It is just not right that I can't talk with someone live.

Is this just a venting site? There are no answers. No solution sets offered. Just a " yeh you got the same problem, too!" format.

There have been repeated charges of $10.99 on my debit card that I'm just finding out are not going to pay for an XBox Game Pass. Please be informed that I am reporting a fraud and expect to be contacted by a representative to resolve this issue.
