Don't know what this charge is but my guess is a scam. Appears to be a travel company but I made no travel reservations online in April, when this was charged to my CCard account. .

TSP charges the full amount at the time the reservation is made. TSP says there is no cancellation fee. Cancellation must be done online and that service was not functional when I tried to cancel the reservation. I canceled with the hotel and filed a dispute with CapitalOne who credited my account.

I need my refund credited ASAP. I cancelled the reservation 9 days ago. I cancelled my reservatiion within minutes of making and when I call the 877-283-5585 I cannot speak with a live person. I'm opening a dispute claim with the bank RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!

That company also uses Travelape to fish people. It also appears "error" in the webpage when you finish your booking. Actually, it already sent your email which just shows itinerary number and no reservation's number. You cannot cancel and called the company representative may tell you that you did not make successful reservation and they did not charge your money. It happened to me and I called the bank. The bank gave me the money back first, but it was reversed after one month. I asked the bank dispute these 2 amounts money, the bank just tell me that it is under investigation.

TSP Travel also works with Room Stays.com. I was charged in July for a room I was using in Sept but when I got to the Hotel there was NO reservation for me. What a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's the same phone number that appears on your statement if you buy a hotel from Kayak.com. Could be airfare, hotel, car rental, etc purchased through Kayak?
