WALMART.COM - 08009666546, AR

Also Appears on Statements As "WALMART.COM 8009666546 - 800-966-6546, AR"

What is it?

I received a post to my recent visa statement for $100.00 to WALMART.COM 8009666546. My card was charged in March 2013.I called to refute the charges as I was hospitalized the day of the transaction for surgery. The investigation indicated someone from California gained access to my card info on my Walmart online account, and I was advised to delete any card info on the walmart site. After discussing this with several associates - we all discovered various transactions to our accounts from the same WALMART.COM site the same day. What I find amazing is Walmart has been aware of this issue since September 2011 and hasn't warned their customers. I'm also surprised the feds are not aware of this...

I got hit, too! 6/24/13 @ 10am for $200.00. Filed complaint w/ WalMart over the phone, deleted my credit card info from their sites, had the phone representative deactivate my online account. Calling bank in the am to report fraud. Why aren't they doing anything about this???? Code 08009666546 on mine, too.

08009666546 AR WALMART.COM Charge appeared in my Mastercard. I am in South Korea, and this was the transaction appeared to be from the United States.

I did not purchase what ever this item is.$50.03 was put on my capital one charge,Dec.13 2012

I am in Texas.Person in NY used my debit card info to charge 66.36 at 6am sunday morning. My bank says sorry we cant refund $ even though the fraud unit called me on it and put a hold on card.

I also noticed two charges for $52.04 each on my account and the description was "WALMART.COM 800BENTONVILLE" I have contacted my bank and filed a claim against the charges.

I just got hit for $200 yesterday. Somehow the crooks got a hold of my mastercard. I don't have a Walmart credit card. Walmart is allowing this to happen because they don't care because they are still getting the money!!!

WALMART.COM,BENTONVILLE,AR, 2 charges for $177.00 5 minutes apart. WTF! I wish I had something smart to add but, at this time I have been given no information about the charges. Grow-up criminals, if you even put half as much energy into being a crook as trying to be a productive member of society, you might find your life worthwhile.

UNBELIEVEABLE that I find all of this information. I'm PISSED!! I was doing my online banking today when I noticed in my pending area of my credit card a charge of $43.90. It was for Walmart.com 8009 The card that was used was in my cabinet b/c it is a card I only use for emergencies and I don't even shop at Walmart, therefore, I don't even have an account with them. After seeing all of these post and Walmart is not doing anything about it, b/c damnit they are releasing these orders to someone's address. They have the account information obviously b/c our credit card numbers are being used. I have a Dect. on my case, but I wanted to investigate myself as well. I plan to contact to my local tv station and ask them to see if they can cover this under their section called: Consumer Troubleshooter. This happened yesterday, July 8, 2013. I am so mad it's beyond belief.

I just got the same charge a few days ago and just noticed it on my bank statement. This is the second time this EXACT charge (different value) has shown up on my account, once from several months ago. The first time the bank and MC caught it. Not this time. I don't hardly shop at Walmart, so I'm really confused. Exactly 200 dollars. Most i've ever spent there is about 50.

I work for Capital One in the Disputes department. I personally see about 6 or 7 Walmart disputes per day. Most of the disputes are for eGift cards and cell phone air time. When it comes to eGift cards the electronic delivery seems to be to Walmart in Brisbane, California. Remember, if you have a dispute, be patient and work with the Capital One rep., it can become a long process but we are on your side and we will help you win your case. It is a very smart thing to deactivate your card with Walmart after you make an on-line transaction. Anonymous

Okay, the 8009666546 is just walmart's 1-800 phone number. Someone got a hold of your card information and bought something from walmart. I recommend calling walmart and reporting it as soon as possible. I just had two different charges to our credit card 4 days ago. Each charge was $581.94. I was able to call before the order was shipped out. The person was buying iPhone 5's. Now I'll be heading out to the police department to file a report, and the police will contact walmart (the walmart representative explained this all to me) and get all the information needed to find out who and where the person is and catch him/her.

Keep an eye on your accounts. Stealing information seems to be becoming much more easy as time goes on.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. $243.41 from Bentonville, AR. Calling Walmart.com once their offices open in 10 minutes!

Today, I was called by my Credit card company that a charge of 199.00 was DECLINED by the credit card company from someone that "keyed in" my credit card numbers to Wal Mart, Benonville, Ark. I made a purchase November 2013 with that credit card in the local Wal Mart store to the ON LINE store and that apparently is how they got my information. No charges went thru only because my card company caught this as fraudulent. They will send out a new credit card, etc to my company within 5-7 business days. Be careful!!!

This is walmart's buy online section for cameras.

Checked my capital One statement and found a $106.92 charge to walmart.com. on June 18 Used this card the only time I've ever bought from walmart on line. It was in may and I got hacked. Be careful with your information

I got a charge on my account fot WalMart.com, but I didn't have a card on my wal Mart online account. It came from my Sams Club online account.

WALMART.CO 08009666546 AR $200 fraudulent charge to my account. How did they do it? I'm pretty secure regarding online passwords / etc.

I was hit for $200 deducted from debit card, which has not left my possession, and took money from my personal bank account! This happened on August 4. I've called Walmart.com 5 times and they said they can't do anything about it because a gift card was purchased for that amount and already used. How did they let an unauthorized transaction go through when the address provided was different than my own? I haven't shopped at Walmart in over 2 years. I live in NYC and the suspect is located in Brisbane, CA. This is also where the Customer Service Center of Walmart.com is located. I got my credit union and the police involved and even filed Walmart's Identity Theft Report. I am not going to stop calling until I get my money back. And the information they won't disclose from me of the internet thief. This has to stop!!!

amount of $549.25 at walmart dot com 800-9666546, in BENTONVILLE, arkansas on or around 8:53PM. --This is the information I got from my bank Chase. I really appreciate this! I lost my card this afternoon around 4pm. Then just in 8pm, there is some one misuse my account information. I am currently in Indiana.

I was the victim of fraud wherein someone used my credit card info to purchase goods from Walmart.com. What bothers me is that Walmart allowed the transaction even though the billing address of the perp DID NOT match mine. Shame on you Walmart for not catching this or having mechanisms in place to catch. You are a large company. Even some smaller online companies caught this. I will never purchase from Walmart.com again!

My Citi card also got charged with this transaction on 7/16/2013. I never used my card in July. I got helped from Live chat and a Representative helped me to go through submitting a dispute of this transaction. He said I will get a charge back since it's an unauthorized transaction. I hope so.

On 5/15/2013 I was falsely charged for a Walmart.com order in the amount of $171.98. I never placed this order nor have I received any merchandise. When I and my credit card Agent Sarah contacted Walmart.com 6/20/13( the first I was notified of these charges on my credit card statement), we were told a 2nd account was started in my name with a different email address and items were shipped to some place in Alameda, California. This person would not tell me what items were order due to privacy concerns? I have done business with walmart.com since 2001 and paid all amounts in full. There is no record of this order in my history because I didn't order or receive this order and I know no one in California. The 5/15/13 transaction# is:08009666546 AR. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Consumer Protection Agency, my credit card, walmart.com. I think ALL people who have had their accounts breached should file a Federal Consumer Protection Agency complaint at: help.consumerfinance.gov as this is a HUGE crime to all of us!!!

The thief took $64.15 CAD off of my credit card, it was more than $50.00 USD. I've never bought anything from the US on the internet, and they still got me. My credit card company said they would put it on hold for 4-6 weeks for investigation, and I don't have to pay for it. I hope this would end soon.

Someone is using my Billmelater account. I have not used this account in over a year....

OK, I just had $300 charged to my account from Walmart.com in the US and I am in Argentina! Luckily I noticed on time and my bank cancelled it but there is clearly a credit card hacking scam going on. Walmart should do something about this!!

Just got a WALMART.COM charge for 107.35 for a rice cooker that someone charged on my account. The item was to be shipped to a store in LA somewhere (I live in Idaho). That's what threw a flag with my bank and they cancelled my debit card. The charge was made over the weekend and was posted to my account on 1/13. Walmart seems to have all the delivery information so it should be easy enough for them to track down the perps.

I got hit today, but only for $22, which makes me feel lucky. But I am still angry and concerned about how they got the card number! I have not shopped on walmart with this particular card, nor have I stored it in my walmart acc! This is wierd. Luckily I saw the charges on time and called chase. They reversed the transaction immediately and even credit that amount back right away! I hope walmart will be made to pay for this, because reading all the comments above, it looks like walmart's utter negligence which is causing all this. I have asked Chase to send me report on the investigation.

Our business account was fraudulently charged for $285 to Walmart.com. My husband saw the pending charge and called the bank right away and were able to reverse the charge. However, last night we were walking out our front door and there was a package that had been delivered earlier in the day. We both looked at it then looked at each other wondering who bought what, then picked it up and saw it was addressed to my husband from Walmart.com. It was a soft plastic envelope, obviously clothing. No way this was a $285 purchase. We were so confused, but curious and decided to open it. Inside were two girls sized polos and the transaction total on the invoice was $11.65. WTF!!! We don't have kids. Whoever purchased this knew our phone number, our address and my husband's name. This is creepy!!!!! Who would do this and WHY? This same account had been hacked for a godaddy.com account last month, so the CC information was less than a month old. My husband and I do not shop at Walmart.com, so we are really scratching our heads over this and wondering what else might show up on our doorstep. Will be calling the bank tomorrow and filing a police report. It's obvious from the posts here that Walmart does not care to take any action and do the right thing. WTG Walmart! It's sad to see how many people trust in your institution and yet you aren't doing anything to FIX these issues. $200 is a lot of money to people, but some people have lost way more than that, yet you continue on with your business, continue to profit.

i happen to be checking my bank account and found an amount of 687.94 pending on my debit account,it was the same thing everyone else is talking about the 8009666546 for bentonville,Ar. ,i was floored,i was at walmart store bought some groceries, used my debit card, when i got home i found i did not have all my groceries, so i called had to go back 20 miles,,make a long story short i complained online to walmart, about the groceries, woman called me from walmart offered a gift card for my trouble, sothat night before even getting the gift card, i found this charge on my debit card, with walmart.com, this was at 4 am, i was checking something, i immediatly called that number and told them about this charge of almost 700.00, he checked it for me, would not tell me the person's name but it was people about 200 miles away who had ALL my debit card infor, plus the security code, they ordered a very expensive cell phone, but someone from the fraud department from walmart.com noticed that the info was not right, apparently when you order site to store, you must show an id plus if i ordered it i would have given the company the name of the person i was buying for and sending to, thank god fraud notice, but the money is still in pending, my bank told me they cant do anything cept to cancel my card, walmart.com, made sure my info is wiped out, but the bad news is i have to wait 7 days for my money to go back in,i seem to think that this could be somekind of inside job, my reason, everything happen between march 8,9,&10, these were the days i had been in contact with walmart at their store in mansfield pa., ,part of my groceries were left, i paid with my debit card, i filled out a complaint when i got home giving them my receipt info,on line, go figure, i called the state police about this, but was told if i dont have my money back in 7 days call them back, but i feel i did everything right away, if anyone sees that phone number on their bank account call immediantly i was lucky i had talked to someone who listened and helped, i hate the fact that i have to wait for my money, i dont have an extra 700.00 to throw around, and i also still have a couple of checks that did not clear yet, i just want to say, i did complain to walmart corporate big time, i cant wait till i hear from them, i have some stearn words for them, i know there are good hard working people at there at walmart, but there are also ones who figure out in this electronic technology to rip people off,Walmart needs to take a closer look at what they are doing wrong,

I too just got taken. It's ridiculous that the first post I see is a year ago and they still haven't stopped this exact same charge. Hey, credit card people, flag this charge and deny it.

Is it odd that Walmart's "privacy" office is in Bentonville, Arizona??

Contact Privacy Office Walmart Home Office Privacy Office, MS #0160 702 SW 8th Street Bentonville, AR 72716-0160

I also got hit with $70.00 I live in Okinawa,Japan and my bank statement saids that I bought something from walmart.com in Bentoville,AR

I got hit for 218.69!!! WTF!

Don't bother calling Wal-Mart, simply contact your bank/credit card company. Dispute the charges and cancel the card. If these are showing up and you didn't authorize them some thief has somehow captured your card info. It can happen anywhere almost anyhow. I've seen examples of waiters palming a reader, gas pumps with an intercept wired in, online sniffing, etc, etc... so exactly how it got stolen is not important to me, simply the fact that someone has the number somehow.

Anyway I came here for the following... I found two pending charges tonight for "WAL-MART.COM BENTONVILLAR" One was over a week ago and the other was about half a week ago. The were for 30.00 and 39.99. In reading the comments it sounds like I'm lucky they didn't get me for more.

It was on a card that I don't carry with me and only use for business purposes. I don't have a walmart.com account and have never purchased anything from WalMart other than in the store and not with this card.

Whatever thieves acquired my account info must be using WalMart to launder their stolen cards. I'm not sure what type of security measures they put in place (CCD, Billing Zip, etc) but it seems like Wal Mart needs to put something more in place to protect consumers.

I got hit also; someone got ahold of one of my credit cards and charged 213.96. I clicked on the description and it said ATM or Bank Transaction. I immediately closed the account and received a new card/# today. I happened to check the account 5/2 and the charge had taken place 5/1 so I caught it quickly. I check all accounts routinely and was very glad I checked this when I did rather than, say, not checking for a week or two (nothing was due) and finding somebody had charged thousands. They said I wasn't liable for any fraudulent charges, but I'm glad to have gotten it stopped sooner than later.

Just got charged twice $43.55. What doesn't make sense to me is that this charge showed up over the weekend and is still pending on my account. When I called Walmart to get them to cancel, he said that the order already shipped. Why would they ship an order that is still pending? That doesn't make any sense to me. Most have to wait for a payment to completely clear before it ships.

I got hit also by Walmart.com not for one but for two accounts. Same charge on both. I am in process of disputing. My credit card has been cancelled. Filling out papers...THIS HAS TP STOP! I never have ordered on line from Walmart. I go to Walmart if I need something! Not anymore!

I got the same charge!! $186! I fined a dispute with discovercard.

I just got hit for $200 yesterday. Somehow the crooks got a hold of my mastercard. I don't have a Walmart credit card. Walmart is allowing this to happen because they don't care because they are still getting the money!!!

I check my account EVERY DAY and yesterday I discovered 3 charges posting to my account that read "WALMART.COM 800BENTONVILLE". I immediately contacted my bank and I have not made ANY purchases to Walmart.com and wanted to know who had authorized the charges. They closed my account and gave me a new number. They have launched an investigation and will get back with me when they know more. Complete fraud.......

I got a charge $547 for xbox one on my discover card on 1/10/2014 from walmart.com which went through my yahoo email confirming the order. Last time I shopped at walmart.com was black friday blu ray deal for $9 and I didn't know they saved my credit card info there. So somehow, someone used my walmart.com account and purchased 1 xbox one to be picked up in CA while I live in NY. I found about it one hour later after the order through the email receipt. I called the store which the item will be picked up in CA and they refer me to walmart 1-800 number to cancel the order online. While I was calling the 1800 number walmart online, I logged in to walmart.com account and erased my method of payment and change my password. Also I was online on chat with discover card to report the stolen card and they cancelled it right away. I was on hold for 40 mins with walmart 1-800 numbers because he's trying to stop the order and I have to be on hold for a while. Anyway he cancelled the order and I asked him to remove my walmart.com account. A few hours later walmart sent me an email about the cancellation order and reverse the payment. I guess I'm lucky cause the idiot thief didn't change my walmart.com password and used my name as a pick up for this order in CA and I found it right away around 1 hour later after he made the order and it's not on weekend or something. Everything is well now but I will never shop online with walmart.com because I googled online and see how many people get their credit card info stolen there.

Just got fraudulently charged yesterday (Sunday) on my American Express; charge was $581.94. Walmart said the order was cancelled. Apparently they opened a walmart.com account in their name, purchased an Iphon5 and used my CC info to pay. I am not sure what prompted the cancellation but they did say it was someone in Mayfield, Kentucky.

My account was also hit on July 8th for $291.16. the charge was from WALMART.COM 800BENTONVILLE. I had my card with me and also did not shop at Walmart. I wonder where the thieves got my card information!

I just got hit for $200 yesterday. Somehow the crooks got a hold of my Visa card. I don't have a Walmart credit card. Walmart is allowing this to happen because they don't care!

I was also hit with a $746.86 charge to WALMART.COM - 08009666546, BENTONVILLE ARUS. Filed a report with the Bentonville PD Investigations division. Had my card canceled also. Luckily, I caught it one day after the transaction. I don't even buy from Walmart, and do not live in Arkansas.

Just so you know, AR is Arkansas, not Arizona. Walmart's headquarters is in Bentonville, Arkansas.

I am not exactly sure what the charge is for but it is definately on online purchase from walmart.com shows up just like this: WALMART.COM 8009666546 BENTONV.

I got an email verifying an order which I didnt placed actually. It was for some ecard for pick up in Texas which is not the place I live in. I got the order cancel since i caught it so quickly. It was good that Neither Walmart nor my bank seem to be pursuing this. This do happens with lot of people. Regular check up with bank statements got mandory this days for such unauthorised charges.

We can report such unauthorised charges on http://www.vcharges.com/.

bastard got me too!

I had the same thing happen to me, but a debit plus a credit (equal amounts) are showing as pending, on my debit card. Since this is a still pending transaction there is a possibility that the credit will drop off and the debit will clear. But I called my bank (Chase) fraud department immediately, they said they will monitor this, but they believe that the credit is the merchant recognizing the false charge and returning the money back to me resulting in a zero sum transaction (inconsequential). Doesn't change the fact that the transaction is bizarre and looks like attempted theft, but somebody is evidently, possibly, doing their job.

Yep they got me for $778. PNC is taking care of it. Of course this happens when I have to pay rent.

Okay, I'm not sure if this helps or not but Bentonville, AR (Arkansas) is where the Wal-Mart Customer Service is handled. If you have had a credit card or bank card stolen and used for a Wal-Mart.com purchase then the transaction is processed through them. I see a lot of people complaining thinking that Wal-Mart is at fault, but actually they aren't. The criminals are!

We had a mysterious $200 placed against our bank card and when we called the customer service rep at the 800-966-6546 they were great. Luckily, they caught the problem quickly and cancelled the order for us. We have never purchased anything from Wal-Mart.com in the past and we don't have any type of account setup with them. Whoever the culprit was obtained our information from some place else.

My best advice to you is not to blame Wal-Mart because from my experience they were extremely helpful. Also, I'd file a police report particularly if the amount is over $500 because that is a felony! In some states like Virginia a felony can even be considered for amounts around the $200 range.

We called our bank as well and immediately cancelled the cards and had new ones created. Good luck all and I really do feel for you if you lost even a penny to these morons!

I got the same charge just today. Luckily I just happened to check my account moments after the fraudulent purchase was made. Immediately called my bank and canceled my debit card then called the 800 number listed on the charge. They asked for the last 4 digits of my card, expiration, and the amount of the charge with which they located the purchase and placed a 'stop shipment' on the order. They also passed my contact info on to their investigative services. Let's hope that whoever is taking yours and my hard earned money gets what's coming to them. And don't lose faith in humanity, not every one of us wears an ass for a hat.

I just got hit for $200 yesterday. Somehow the crooks got a hold of my mastercard. I don't have a Walmart credit card. Walmart is allowing this to happen because they don't care because they are still getting the money!!!

The scam continues....my credit card company contacted me about charges they felt were fraudulent! Here's the funny thing: BestBuy.com refused a $5.00 charge for a $5.00 gift card, but Walmart.com approved TWO $175.00 charges! Luckily, the credit card company contacted me and cancelled my card!

Got hit $184, this is outrageous. Messed up all my automatic monthly payments & made me completely lose faith in Walmart/humanity. Something needs to be done

I found a charge for $42.36 this morning and reported it to my bank who will credit me the charge. I do recommend people call WalMart as soon as you find the charge so they can stop the shipment and the thieves don't get the merchandise. Walmart will also give you a website to go to to report the fraud and fill out some information and they will fax or email you back the name and address of the person that used your identity. That might be helpful if you wish to pursue things a little higher up the chain.

My account was hacked, I have a charge for $1,194.64 on my card from Walmart. Luckily Bank of America caught this and their fraud dept is investigating. They've reversed the charges so I'm not held liable.

I was checking my account when I noticed a charge for WALMART.COM 8009666546 BENTONV for $143.88, Since I don't shop at WalMart I knew this was wrong also just below was a charge for $0.00 from NMC*NAMECHEAP.COM 323-375-2822.

WALMART.COM 08009666546 AR That's what came in my bank statement for a charge of $764.18 . Obviously a fraud, I am in the process of reporting this too my bank.

For us, two charges, one for ~218, the other for 329, 6 days apart. Called Chase Bank who reversed it right away. Told to call Walmart.com when their billing dept was open, but they were of no help at all except to say that our address was different from the address the orders were sent to.

Just adding this to show that this seems to still be going on into September.

Same code, $200 charge. I don't shop at Walmart online or in their brick and mortar stores.

I have been charged on my debit card $471.74 for something that I know nothing about.Fraud and if Walmart knows about this problem shame on them for not addressing it.

I got hit too. My debit which I haven't used in at least 4 months. I have no idea how they did it. Same, Bentonville, AR. 27.03 and it was immediately cancelled and returned to my card. Looks like I'm one of the lucky ones.

Logged onto my PNC bank account and saw a pending charge from Walmart.com in the amount of $317. I was abel to log into my Walmart.com account and saw someone ordered a Playstaion and was shipping it to a Walmart in West Palm Beach. I called Walmart customer care within 2 hours of the order being placed and I was told they were able to cancel the order. Of course, the next day I got an email that the order had shipped. I also called the West Palm Beach, FL store (I live in Pennsylvania) and tried to explain their was a fraudulent order that was being shipped to them. They told me to contact my credit card company and then told me a story about how their credit card had been stolen.

Was hit for almost $600 on 11/15...Like many others have said, I have never even been to walmart.com and only rarely in their stores. Is walmart.com just a popular place to spend stolen money since they have terrible security policies? Or are walmart's physical transaction records also being breached by thieves?

This transaccion was from Arizona place in your account. My show WALMART.COM 800966 8009666546 AR basicly i purchase a camera cost mi $208 dollar online and they refound me what original cost on the store $52 dollar back the purchase was made in Virginia. Refund came from Arizona

we got hit. 106 bucks 08009666546 AR same id code on others. cancelling and reissuing bank cards. dirty SOB's.

8 separate charges, on 3 separate days, on 2 separate corporate credit cards. We've never even registered these cards on Walmart.com. Walmart clearly needs to ramp up their security and verification systems.

Got the same for 166.28 from bentonville AR

I just found out this morning that I had a charge for 373.40 to Walmart.com with the reference number starting with 8009. I don't have a online walmart account or a walmart card. How was my information retrieved?

I got nailed for 603.06 today when someone purchased 2 items on my walmart.com account. contacted them first thing was told the orders were cancelled yet just received emails that the items were shipped called walmart back was told that there is nothing they can do its a holiday fedex is closed items did not ship they can stop them. was told deal with my bank. I have contacted every news agency in my area about this.

Got the same type of charge for 212.64. Looks like Wal-Mart needs to overhaul their online fraud department.

Yesterday I was notified that two transactions were placed from the same site. One for $200 and one for $400. We did not make the transactions. I have notified Walmart.com and the local Super WalMart since that was the original place listed as the place of transaction. I am furious!! Have made a police report and the bank is in the process of reissuing new accounts and cards, will take 45 days!! Something needs to be done to stop these people.

A transaction was place to my account on April 23, 2013 for $254.27 I did not place and order for that amount. I have no idea what the transaction was for.

I had two (2) charges to my card, $9.73 at Doctors Inn (allegedly located in Nebraska) and $348.74 at Walmart.com on the same night from different part of the United States, neither of which is where I was staying. I don't know how they got the card information and I really don't care; but as soon as I get the delivery addresses, I'm going to make sure they PAY.

It is a fraud

This is a scam, i never purchased anything online and this was on my account April, 2 in the amount of $151.51. I am currently disputing with my bank now on getting the money credit back to my account

I just got a charge of $1012.00 (Pre auth WALMART.COM LOC: BENTONVILLE AR) I couldn't do a thing about it. I needed to change all passwords and deleat some accounts. I can't figure out how they did it though. Gee, with all these people getting ripped off like this you'd think that our great Attorney General Eric Holder would be all over this. Oh I forgot, He only deals with Guns.

Same thing for about $500. Bank caught it and cancelled the charge. On the same day there was also a fraudulent charge to a FTD in Downers Grove, IL for $150.

I was shocked to see a debit to my recent visa statement for $75.93 against WALMART.COM 8009666546. My card was charged in August 2013.I have called my credit card company to dispute the charges and have also requested Walmart to cancel the order. But I do not know if I will be able to get the amount back. Can someone help on what else can be done by me? Also, at what number can I speak to Walmart customer care representative?

Same here. Charge of $50 today at Walmart in Bentonville, AR. My cc informed me and are closing my account. But they also charged on other online retailers that i never heard of. How did they get my cc #?

I just got nailed for $950.10 with 2 charges to Walmart.com from reference # 08009666546 AR! Whoever has been doing this has got to be stopped!!! I can't believe they haven't put a stop to orders with that #...It really puzzles me that it's been happening for sooooo long! I'm in the process of reporting this to the police, the Federal Consumer Protection Bureau, my bank and walmart!

I was charged $973.00 from my debit card to Walmart.com 800 bentonville. I called the bank and informed them I didn't even purchase anything from Walmart in the past 4 months and I sure as hell didn't spend almost a grand on something.

OMG! The number of claims is ridiculous!!! I was just taken for $965.00 and some scumbag walked away with a new scanner/fax machine at Walmart. Cards been cancelled and fortunately I have protection, but the fact that this is happening to so many people so frequently is insane. What more ridiculous is the lack of effort to do anything about it? Karma is a bitch and I can't wait until these low lives get theirs.

Forgot to sign-out of my walmart.com account Sunday. Got an email from Walmart.com at 9:26 p.m., 3/23/14, saying I had changed my email address on my account. I hadn't and immediately signed out of my walmart.com acct. and tried to sign back in. No luck. Someone had changed my sign-on email address and password. This hacker bought a $100 prepaid Mobile Internet pass with my $100 gift card stored in my account. I called immediately (20 min. after receiving email) and customer service cancelled the order (but too late), deleted all of my shipping addresses, saved credit card info, etc. I am waiting to be contacted by Walmart to see if I get my gift card back. How could someone get into my account that was open on my computer at home?

My son just got a charge on his check card for WALMART.COM 800-966-6546 in amount of 26.07. This was right after he used his card at the local Taco Bell. Thinking an employee there jotted down his #'s. There's got to be a better way of masking credit card numbers so that even face to face people cannot view other cards. Come on techies!!! Get thinking!

Billed for something I never ordered, 2 phone cards that were delivered to someone else via email. I called Walmart who refused to refund me and recommended I dispute the charges. I have disputed the charges with my bank. This was a Walmart.com security issue, and they assume no responsibility. To H3LL with Walmart.

Well I am in a HUGE mess. These worthless people have stolen a total of 1420.00 from me and have not cost me my job. This money was supposed to paid to my corporate credit card. I was able to get some information about this and I will try to find the responsible party to put a freaking stop to this. One reccomendation to everyone that has posted or will post to this blog is to deal only in cash. Do not buy anything online. These Theifs will steal your information, identity, MONEY, and you will be S.O.L.

Got charged on a cc for $270 on September 19,2013. WALMART.COM 08009666546 AR. Walmart needs to hire new IT personnel.

Well the same thing happened to me but i knowiced it 2 days early when it first showed up and they did it when they knew most banks would be closed but i managed to get in touch with my back and cancelled that the day prior to being charged 668.43. i think its Walmart trying to pull some scams to get more money but i am not sure.

Well, I got lucky, only $26. Contacted my credit card provider immediately, card is now deactivated, charges will be dropped within 10 days. I wont say how, but there are ways you can find these people if you are creative. Some criminals aren't very good at covering their tracks, so if you are stealing peoples hard earned money, I might find you:)

Yeah Walmart is not very helpful. Thats why I don't shop there to begin with.

Can you help? What is this charge?
