What is it?

This is a fraudulent debit card charge. They send it through for a very small amount (mine was $1.03) something you won't notice and then make another, much LARGER amount. Cancel your debit card. I just went to Chase and requested a new card, reported the fraudulent charge and they refunded it. There is NO LEGITIMATE charge associated with this company.

To everyone that is having charges show up from www.0595bbf.com (I had one today too), I'm curious about something... do any of you use bovada.lv for online gambling at all? I used it for sports gambling during March Madness and I saw that 0595bbf.com was mentioned in a thread regarding bovada.lv and possible security issues with them.

Had a similar transaction on my checking account for 1.99$ US. Posted on 5/27/14. Went to the bank; who informed me they've seen a couple of these and will be issuing a warning to their members; and had my card blocked and a new one put in place. If you have one of these call your bank and block your card immediately as they'll most likely try a larger amount once they know the account is active.

SCAM!! Same issue... debited my account 3x for 2.00-5.00 dollars b4 i noticed

The company that was hacked... BuyQul.. Electronic parts supplier in Shenzhen China

If you go to the website, you find a really vague/nondescript payment site that seems to also be affiliated with www.networkhot.com. They don't list a phone number, but there is an email: cs@networkhot.com and a contact form http://cs.0595bbf.com/Contact.php

SCAM...Had the same issue. This morning cancelled our cards due to £1.42 being taken reference WWW.0595BBF.COM SHENZHEN on bank statement. Contact your bank ASAP and cancel your card as they are aware of this scam but are unable to close account/refund money etc without your permission. Hope this is of assistance.

I was charged today $2.59 and $0.08 from this company without my knowledge. They are a fraud! I reported them to Bank of America and cancelled my card.

Just got hit with one of these today on my Chase card. I also have a past with bovada. They are convinced I owe them a couple hundred dollars that I do not. I cancelled my account and don't respond to their threatening emails. I guess the next step for them is to start selling your credit card info to scammers. What a great company....

Just saw this charge on my card: WWW.0595BBF.COM for $2 and change. Closed the account. Like several others here, I have used Bovada in the past.... seems like their is a connection. This is not the first time I have had to close a CC account due to a charge like this.

SCAM!! Had to cancel all my credit and debit cards. The description is "computer maintenance"

Had this on my Barclay card and immediately reported it and the card was cancelled. Has anyone else used their card abroad recently as I have used mine in Portugal and it would not work so they swiped it?

Got charged for $1.66 yesterday from this exact same scam. I frequent bovada for sports betting and will not b back on that book

Fraud

Charge is from Shenzhen is a major city in the south of Southern China's Guangdong Province, situated immediately north of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Call credit card immediately and cancel card!!!

Tim, who posted on 06/05, has definitely identified the problem for me. The only withdrawal that I ever made on this particular account of mine was through Bovada. I contacted them and they are showing no record of the charge, which for me was made on 5/31 (posted 6/03) for $1.46. Apparently, someone else has accessed my account information and it is highly likely that it was obtained through my one-time transaction with Bovada, which took place almost a year ago. I have sent Bovada an e-mail informing them of my situation and including a link to this page.

My bank refunded the 0.99 pence charge but says no need to replace my card as any transactions will be blocked.

I got this same charge for 1.43 and I has also used bovada for sports betting earlier this year. Who would have thought you couldn't completely trust an off shore betting website

Interesting. I was using bovada.com for their poker. That was a while back too.

Got one today myself

I got this same charge for 1.43 and I has also used bovada for sports betting earlier this year. Who would have thought you couldn't completely trust an off shore betting website

noticed a charge from Shenzhen 1.87 called my bank they found 4 more totaling over 100 dollars, cancel your card now!!

It is definitely associated with Bovada. It may not be Bovada who is actually doing it. However, someone/somewhere/somehow has been able to access Bovad's data. Cancel/re-issue whatever credit card you may have used to deposit funds with Bovada. And then, I strongly suggest that you permanently disable your Bovada account, and do not use Bovada anymore in the future.

Yep. Same experience as everyone else - Bovada user - only mine was a credit card charge for $2.38, not a debit. Had new card issued from credit card company. They had no problems accepting that it was a fraudulent charge.

Had this happen on my debit card this morning. I went to Mcdonalds and that's when they gained access to my debit card. Called and cancelled my debit card immediately. Charges coming from Shenzhe.

I got a fraudulent charge from www.0595bbf.com for $2.07 on my Chase Visa and I used Bovada too. Canceled my card and canceled my Bovada account. #$%holes.

Scam/Fraud!! I received a call from Target today that this company (located in China) attempted to charge my Target VISA account $1.34. The Target people caught it, called me and canceled my credit card. They are issuing new cards that I should receive the next business day.

Also was hit by this charge ($2 on 26/5/14)! But have never used bovada before!!!? So this charge might now be associated with other companies as well. Heads up!

Call your bank. Get your debit card cancelled and get a new one.

Wait until the transaction posts to your account and then file a claim with your bank to get this dubious charge back into your account.

Got one as well. I frequented bovada last year, but haven't used them in a while. It seems they're hitting everyone at once. It got flagged by multiple sources, including law enforcement. Cancelled my card at their recommendation.

I was charged today too. I bought something from www.aliexpress.com so probably they have a bug in their security system and someone has been able to access Aliexpress' data.

I was charged 6/4/14 for $1.76. I haven't used my Chase Credit Card for over 6months and just got a statement today saying I owe money which I called MY Chase Card and talked to them about it. They will refund me and give me a new card. As Most of the people here have stated I also was on BOVADA over a year or two ago and haven't been on it since. That's the only weird thing I have ever used my Chase Card for. So I would recommend anyone that has a account with BOVADA should cancel with them even if you got a new card because there no reason to make a new account for a source that put us all here in there first place.

Can you help? What is this charge?
