What is it?

Fighting with Capital One since October 2023 to get $3000 worth of charges taken off. Stopped at the Pemex gas station in Cabo. Of course they say card doesn't work then bam here pop 3 charges on my capital one & 2 on my Mastercard. Mastercard took those charges right off.
Capital One fraud department are awful. How many times can one say I didn't use my card to buy/rent machinery.
