800-848-8028 KS STAPLES PROMOTIONAL PR

This is a charge for a hoodie I bought through the hospital I work for. Shows up as this I suppose because of the monogramming with company logo. It has been 3 months since this order was placed so perhaps people are forgetting they ordered something It's not fraud just really slow to orocess

NOT A SCAM! Legiit charge, I thought it was scam but then remembered it was for shirts bought from Kubota

Same here! Called my bank. They removed the charges and issued me a new card. No idea how it happened though

Don’t cancel your card. I canceled my card because of this charge before reading these posts. Then I remembered that I did order shirts and monogramming but not from Staples. I cross checked the amounts and they were correct.

I knew I didn't make a purchase from Staples and googled the purchase name from my bank charges (Staples Promotional 013123), and then when I saw everyone's comments, I did recall making a purchase through my company's merchandise store. I checked the receipt and the charge amounts matched up. These posts saved me from cancelling my card!

Thought it was a fraudulent charge at first, but it was actually promotional merchandise bought from a company that uses Staples as its backend. If you receive e-mails related to your orders, look for "staples" in your inbox and see if a supposedly unrelated order comes up.

I bought a Air Canada golf shirt at their employees store in Vancouver. after almost cancelling my card I discovered that the Staples Promotional Product charge was associated with that purchase. I did manage to get through to the Staples Promo 1-800 number and they were very helpful in resolving my concern...Came very close to cancelling my card...nightmare. It was not fraud. For some reason I don't understand the store was using Staples to process the charges .

Received fraudulent charge of $28.28 on my Capitol One CC. Tried calling the number on "Staples Promotional Pro" charge detail 800-848-8028 NUMEROUS times and never was able to contact anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
