I have a charge of $146.00 on my bank account that is pending by AAA ACG NE0069 EFT Dearborn MI/US that was not authorized. I would like to know why it was taken and would like it put back or stopped from being taken. Who can I contact concerning this.

To change the billing preferences, you need to call AAA at 866.968.7222. I called and was told the new policy is to have payment information on file to automatically bill, and AAA members cannot remove that option. I never set this up; AAA used the credit card I previously used to charge me for the 2023 renewal.

I received a email of purchase which I didn’t make.

The funny part is the only thing I different was pay my infinity bill a different way online and right after that is when I got the $99 AAA charge so that tells you where it came from on my end

I was charged $69 from aaa acg ne eft! I did not authorize this. But good thing when I don't use my card I lock it. So it was declined. Now I'm going to just get a new card number that is too scary for me.

AAA did this to me too. Called to get my money back and have my card removed from their system. Bunch o' jerks.
