This is a magazine subscription that was supposed to give you 90 days free subscription and than send an email stating that the charge was about to happen but the email never gets send and the charge just appears. If you have this charge, its likely you signed up for an event on ACTIVE.COM. Call 877-817-6515 and get your money back and cancel the subscription

I have a recurring $41 charge on my credit card ending in 9414 and I don’t know what it’s for.

Thanks for the info. I called the number and had to speak with an operator instead of the auto menu (it didn't understand my last name). She canceled the subscription (I had to guess which magazine it was, and whether it was under my name or my partner's name). But I had to ask for the refund. That is supposed to show up within three days in my bank account. ($3.98). Also she said I signed up when I completed an online survey. I certainly didn't intend to.
