What is it?

I saw a credit to my checking account labeled "DIRECT DEPOSIT AEIS CREDIT" for about $117. I think it may have something to do with American Express Incentive Services? Possibly a credit card point bonus? Although, I don't think I've had an American Express card for quite some time and wasn't expecting this bonus. It's still a mystery to me.
