i am his wife and he passed away April 24 2020.he had an accidental death policy and i need this cancelled. he died of natural causes thank you sandra moore

I messed up and canceled this via Chase Bank who could not answer where or who was the withdrawer of the charges. Chase should have had a way to track the PPD ID Number and did not. So, I am glad that I saw the toll free number at the bottom of this internet link which I called and knew right away that I made a bad mistake of not doing my homework to find out exactly what AGI-NRAINSPRO stood for: American International Group (AGI); National Rifle Association = NRA; INS=; PRO= program...Cancer policy deduction quarterly, and accidental death and dismemberment policy, monthly. My apologies for being a dummy.
