Ford Motor should inform purchasers of their Synch-3 update that it is being handled by this company! I thought that I was being scammed.

I was looking to dispute the charge until I found out it was Ford Sync Map Updates. Would have been nice if name on CC bill mentioned Ford Sync or Ford Nav.

This also showed up on my statement after I purchased a Sync 3 map update. Took finding this page to figure it out.

Same as above. I didn't know what the charge was for until I found this page. It was for the Ford Nav. update. That should be shown on the charge.
