What is it?

Someone stole my identity and filed a tax return using my social security number. The money from that return was deposited into an account with go Bank a subsidiary of Green Dot. The Green Dot account they opened in my name using my social security number. They then proceeded to immediately transfer those funds to an Amex e-payment account. Which I am looking to a have check to make sure it's not in my name and to have it locked so that they cannot get nor spend any of the funds in that account. Go bank has opened a case to dispute the money sent to your bank. The transaction was made at 3:12 a.m. on March 4th to an account that shows up as: Amex e payment/achpayment W9760 The transaction amount was $4,934.

AMEX EPAYMENT AM NSL $600 in my checking account, AMEX has no record of this payment

An ACH EPayment is just an online payment. Seeing as how the charge says AMEX, it's most likely an American Express credit card payment charge.
