What is it?

I ordered a door handle set through Build With Ferguson. AT checkout, I was given an option to use Amazon pay, and what I thought would be our Amazon points. I was charged $448.56 to my credit card, and I have not received the product.

This is Build.com (aka Build With Ferguson) Building/remodeling/home furnishing. AMZ part means you used their option of Amazon pay in checkout. If the amount looks wrong, check that they didn't combine two orders into one charge.

Can you help? What is this charge?
