I have already contacted my financial institution and filed a fraud charge, Have also cancelled my debit card to protect from any further charges. One should not have to come to a site like this to seek answers for for charges from Apple. They should be posted clear on your statement like all other legitimate companies, but sense they don’t, here’s where to find the information for charges and reoccurring bills on your account:

- At the very top (more than likely in blue letters) is your Apple ID. Click on that.
- Next, a pop up will appear with four options. The first option is (more than likely in blue letters) “View Apple ID”. Click on that.
- To see everything that Apple is charging you per month or annually, click on “Subscriptions”. You will now have the option to click on any of the subscriptions that you have, if you have any at all. Once you click on one, it will tell you (a) what you are being charged for (b) how much you are being charged (c) how often & (d) the billing date. This is where you will have the option (for most subscriptions) to change your billing from monthly to annually, or cancel your subscription all together.
- If you still do not see the charge in this location, then follow the above instructions through step 4. and skip step five. You should see “Subscriptions”. Directly below that, you should see “Purchase History”. Here you will find everything else that you have purchased (Music, movies, tv shows, etc.) through Apple.

OK, I'm with all you regarding getting charges regarding ITunes. If you call the number listed next to the charge is an Automated one. No help there! However, when reading thru the older messages someone posted if you want to talk with a live person to call 1-408-996-1010. I called them and the person on the other line was soooooo helpful. She showed me varies ways to check on my phone to see where the charges are coming from. Mine was from a game that had a free trial. I removed the app. from my phone before the trial was up. Yet, I was getting weekly charges. She let me know even if you remove the app. from you phone it doesn't stop the charges. So you have to go into a special spot in your settings that shows all the charges. In there you will find a option to CANCEL the charges. The rep. also showed me a spot that listed the history of all charges to my account under the ITunes. You can be getting charges but its labeled ITunes for game, apps., storage, music, & misc. you name it. The rep. I had then sent me the instruction to my email for future assistance. If you do NOT want to call. In the email regarding the charge you have an option to dispute in there also. That another way to do it. I hope this message is useful.

I learned that my account had been hacked and my personal information (credit card number) had been used for purchases even after canceling my card...I allow my son to play games on my iPad and some of these games have things to buy within the game. Well this game was a window for someone to hack into my iTunes account and make all of these charges. Notify your banks ASAP so they can reverse the charges. I have had a charge for $51.99 on my account since Jan. 5th 2018 and have called the 866 number and was disconnected after the recording told me what it needed to say. I have also received the same thing, but what i found out was i subscribed to Netflix through my apple id, and therefore $15 was being charged. I also got worried but then i looked a the Netflix receipt which i receive through email was the same amount for the amount under this transaction name I hope this helps. I review my bank transcations daily. I found a charge for $20.90 posted today from APL.ITUNES.COM/BILL 1-866-712-7753. I did not make any purchases via Apple/ITunes. I reached out to support.apple.com/itunes via email. A representative contacted me within minutes. Apple/ITunes rep was able to find my card# & confirm the charges were "unauthorized purchases. I was given a case# and will receive a refund. I went to my bank, relayed the information and will be issued a new card#. Thank you to the very helpful Kristin at Apple/ITunes Billing! I don't have an ITunes account but had seven charges on my debit card. I cancelled the card and contacted Apple support. I spoke to a lady named Linda and she verified it was a fraudulent acct. and assures me my money will be refunded to my bank within 10 days. After seeing all these complaints I am doubtful but we will see in 10 days. This is ridiculous!
Had 3 unrecognized charges over several months. Called 408-996-1010, talked with rep who took info and said he'd transfer me to another dept. I talked to Jamie and she was fantastic. She was very efficient, very friendly, very professional, and very, very knowledgeable. Took some time, but she resolved the problem.

Erroneously charging customers for fraudulent charges. I have read every review above. I also have been charged on my bank statement as well. A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT sounds like what needs to be done. Also for the company not protecting their customers credit card/bank information for hackers....one way to make a statement to a huge corporation whom want to take short cuts to make more money for themselves...Not only will I be contacting my banking institution I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau - let them know about all these other complain website and where to find them. Apple should be much clearer about explanations for chargers. They actually could if they wanted to, but choose not to. One should not have to come to a site like this to seek answers for for charges from Apple. They should be posted clear on your statement like all other legitimate companies, but sense they don’t, here’s where to find the information for charges and reoccurring bills on your account: Open your Apple device and go to settings. Scroll down to “ITunes & App Store” and click that. At the very top (more than likely in blue letters) is your Apple ID. Click on that. Next, a pop up will appear with four options. The first option is (more than likely in blue letters) “View Apple ID”. Click on that. To see everything that Apple is charging you per month or annually, click on “Subscriptions”. You will now have the option to click on any of the subscriptions that you have, if you have any at all. Once you click on one, it will tell you (a) what you are being charged for (b) how much you are being charged (c) how often & (d) the billing date. This is where you will have the option (for most subscriptions) to change your billing from monthly to annually, or cancel your subscription all together. If you still do not see the charge in this location, then follow the above instructions through step 4. and skip step five. You should see “Subscriptions”. Directly below that, you should see “Purchase History”. Here you will find everything else that you have purchased (Music, movies, tv shows, etc.) through Apple. If you still don’t see the explanation for the charges on your bill, then more than likely, you have a bigger problem. I would definitely try to contact Apple and speak to a person. Good luck with that one. I hope this explanation was helpful and solved your problem.
There is bills on our debit card each month. Please remove those charges so they no longer are happening. I don't know what they are for but they must stop NOW. One is like $10.69, another is $.99, and I believe there is maybe one more. But under both of us, remove all charges now. If another transaction comes out, I am reporting such actions to the IN state attorney general's office and they will take care of your transactions as well as need to review you for fraud and monopoly. I was about to pay my credit card bill when I noticed on 3/24/2017 there were six $50.00 charges for Apl.Itunes.com/bill. I called my credit card company and stated these charges were not me. I had the same problem and it was the yearly renewal fee for one of my apps. Just so happens there were 2 other charges on there I didn't recognize. They were from my husband's phone. We share the same checking account. They were legitimate charges.

I called 408-996-1010 twice and the number did not connect then I called a 3rd time and a guy name Justin answered and walked me through the process. From start to finish it took me 27 minutes on the phone and that included me getting two months worth of refunds. According to him they can only go back 60 days. But I was happy with that. I lost out on $19.98 but I also got back $19.98. Very pleasant young man. The refund takes 7 to 10 business days.

I had monthly charges occurring under APL*ITUNES.COM on my credit card. I figured out that I had two subscriptions I was being charged for and must have accepted at some point (Pandora premium plus:$109 per yr--12.99 charges; and another app for $21.99/year) I logged into my apple iTunes account--there they were, under subscriptions! Cancelled both. Those subscriptions explain the charges.
They got me too! $18.39. Just enough to bounce my other monthly payment and add on an NSF fee from my bank. I don't even own a cell phone. However, my kids do. So I just came down from waking them outta their sleep to find out what was going on. Both of them swear they did not steal my cc to make apple itunes charges and I believe them. Especially since I've found this site. I'm freaking wild right now. To hell with the numbers posted here to call. I called my bank directly and they are starting an investigation and have immediately cancelled my card. I've read some people have talked to "nice" people (by using the number supplied here) who will help you to reverse the charges. No wonder they are being nice, they are probably part of the conspiracy. Calling them is probably doing the fraudsters a favor by not reporting it to your bank. I wouldn't trust them EITHER!!!! Call the CC company or bank yourself and explain the situation and cancel your current card and start and investigation NOW!!! Yeah, it's a pain in the ass, but atleast I know they will have no way to use that card ever again and have no access to my new card.

I was charged by ITunes x 2 months. Called 1-800-285-8585. Although I had a wait time of 15 minutes, in the end, the company refunded my charges, and encouraged me to call my bank, as whoever had access to my charge card, had the entire number, the security number, and expiration date. My case is being investigated, and I will be notified of the outcome. I urge anyone else to call as well. They were concerned that charges may be made to other companies, because of the information they had access to.

You all will have to call the number for Apple to get this resolved, this is not an Apple website. I called, and found out it was my daughter purchasing in app items. I called 408-996-1010, and they walked me through how to see all app purchases, so I knew exactly what the charges were for. If you want this resolved, then you’ll need to call to resolve it. The lady I spoke to was very helpful.
