I just had the same thing happen to me. I learned that my account had been hacked and my personal information (credit card number) had been used for purchases even after canceling my card...I allow my son to play games on my iPad and some of these games have things to buy within the game. Well this game was a window for someone to hack into my iTunes account and make all of these charges. Notify your banks ASAP so they can reverse the charges. Going inside the branch can't resolve the charges, but call did. From now on I will only use iTunes gift cards for any transactions on my iPad.

I also have had over 115.00 of fraudulent ITunes charges and the customer service rep said another account was using MY debit card but would not tell me who it was!!!!!!! The offered to refund a few of the charges but missing the whole point......SOMEONE IS COMMITING FRAUD USING MY BANK ACCOUNT!!!!!!
This charge of .99 occurs every month on my checking account. I did not sign up for this and have tried by phone and email to have it stopped. The next stop was to change to a new checking account and card number but still recurring. This is fraud
go to settings, then your apple id.....click on the apple id, then click subscriptions. I've had charges for $2.99 each month . I finally googled how to research an ITunes charge and found out how to look up a recurring charge. My daughter downloaded an app the apparently had a monthly charge....even though she deleted the app months ago. hope this helps everyone
I had the same problem of random occurring charges of small varying amounts multiple months. I called the number someone suggested 1-408-996-1010 they led me through how to block this. Go into settings, click on Apple ID, then go to my acct payment info. Mine was on credit card and I changed it to "none" which deleted my charge card info and now no one can charge.
Received a charge June 2017 for $0.99 from APL-ITUNES-COM/BILL. thought I may have hit something in error on my phone. Next month there was a $59.99. Tried calling the number, but was a recording that directed me to this website. I called my credit company and they cancelled my card, removed the charges and blocked the merchant.
I took the information above from Joyce Smith above and used her suggestion and it worked perfectly as she suggested to completely remove whatever debit/credit card information Apple has on file. Go to Settings...go to iTunes & App Store, click on it...click on "Apple ID: (login) at Apple ID click on "View Apple ID" (and maybe password is needed)...click on Payment Information...click on "None" to remove your debit, or credit card information...click on done!!
I have also received the same thing, but what i found out was i subscribed to Netflix through my apple id, and therefore $15 was being charged. I also got worried but then i looked a the Netflix receipt which i receive through email was the same amount for the amount under this transaction name I hope this helps. Check your transaction amount on ur bill and email receipt you receive if using netflix.
APL* ITUNES.COM/BILL Never used ITUNES....Several charges on my credit card - had to get a new card.
So I too am a victim of your fraud charges. Tried calling the number only to be disconnected before talking with a human. This is a serious problem with iTunes. I have never had an apple product but still being charged for allegedly purchasing. So again iTunes you are being reported to the BBB for non-compliant.

I was about to pay my credit card bill when I noticed on 3/24/2017 there were six $50.00 charges for Apl.Itunes.com/bill. I called my credit card company and stated these charges were not me. I don't even have an account. I was told by my bank to contact Apple which I tried to do but heard a recording and then a 'click' to disconnect. I have the reference numbers for these six charges and demand that these charges be removed. My bank is going to begin a fraud investigation. Can't believe a person can't talk to a live individual at your business.

I had monthly charges occurring under APL*ITUNES.COM on my credit card. I figured out that I had two subscriptions I was being charged for and must have accepted at some point (Pandora premium plus:$109 per yr--12.99 charges; and another app for $21.99/year) I logged into my apple iTunes account--there they were, under subscriptions! Cancelled both. Those subscriptions explain the charges.
There are 2 Itune charges on my credit card 1) $6.41(April 25, 2016) and 2) $20.32 (May 6, 2016). I did not authorize these purchases and want the charges reversed.
I was charged into something I haven't used or even bought or downloaded in just one day they charged me over a hundred and the next day another 40$. And there customer setvic is terrible. They passed to different departments and still end up telling you to go online.
I got the same charge on my paypal account and I called them and got a same day refund call the number on the back of your card or call the bank you got the card from and check your account daily instead of going on face book it only takes a few minutes.... it your money.... Have A Great Day....
I was charged $9.99 on August 12 and previous months but I did not make any purchases. I ALSO HAVE A PENDING BILL COMING THIS MONTH AND NO PURCHASES. i HAVE REPORTED THIS TO DISCOVER CARD.
Fraud charges on my credit card!
Had 3 unrecognized charges over several months. Called 408-996-1010, talked with rep who took info and said he'd transfer me to another dept. I talked to Jamie and she was fantastic. She was very efficient, very friendly, very professional, and very, very knowledgeable. Took some time, but she resolved the problem.
Erroneously charging customers for fraudulent charges. I have read every review above. I also have been charged on my bank statement as well. A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT sounds like what needs to be done. Also for the company not protecting their customers credit card/bank information for hackers....one way to make a statement to a huge corporation whom want to take short cuts to make more money for themselves...Not only will I be contacting my banking institution I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau - let them know about all these other complain website and where to find them. How awful it is to get this rectified.
Someone is charging ITunes to my bank account.
On 08/02/16 a charge of $793.94 ref. number T31952 showed up on my credit card paid to an APL*APPLEONLINESTOREUS I never bought anything from this place. This is a fraudulent charge not made by me. Refund my credit card immediately.
I too noticed these charges on my past two bank statements. I called the "866-712-7753" number on the statement, but the recording sent me here. After contacting my bank, I thought I would send Apple Support a quick Chat to keep them in the loop that this SCAM should be shared on their site, or some form of communication so consumers know it is not Apple charging them. Ironically... you think you have "Live Chat" person, you Do Not! A "robot" response to anything I typed and sent.... Guess this Scammer must be out for revenge on Poor Customer Service from the Big Snooty Rich Companies!!!!
Charge for $19.99 from APL* ITUNES.COM/BILL, then another $30 while I was on the phone with my bank. They're sending me a new card.
I was charged by ITunes x 2 months. Called 1-800-285-8585. Although I had a wait time of 15 minutes, in the end, the company refunded my charges, and encouraged me to call my bank, as whoever had access to my charge card, had the entire number, the security number, and expiration date. My case is being investigated, and I will be notified of the outcome. I urge anyone else to call as well. They were concerned that charges may be made to other companies, because of the information they had access to.
They got me too! $18.39. Just enough to bounce my other monthly payment and add on an NSF fee from my bank. I don't even own a cell phone. However, my kids do. So I just came down from waking them outta their sleep to find out what was going on. Both of them swear they did not steal my cc to make apple itunes charges and I believe them. Especially since I've found this site. I'm freaking wild right now. To hell with the numbers posted here to call. I called my bank directly and they are starting an investigation and have immediately cancelled my card. I've read some people have talked to "nice" people (by using the number supplied here) who will help you to reverse the charges. No wonder they are being nice, they are probably part of the conspiracy. Calling them is probably doing the fraudsters a favor by not reporting it to your bank. I wouldn't trust them EITHER!!!! Call the CC company or bank yourself and explain the situation and cancel your current card and start and investigation NOW!!! Yeah, it's a pain in the ass, but atleast I know they will have no way to use that card ever again and have no access to my new card.

You all will have to call the number for Apple to get this resolved, this is not an Apple website. I called, and found out it was my daughter purchasing in app items. I called 408-996-1010, and they walked me through how to see all app purchases, so I knew exactly what the charges were for. If you want this resolved, then you’ll need to call to resolve it. The lady I spoke to was very helpful.
I was charged $74.99 on my Discover card and had purchased nothing Tried to call 1-408-996-1010 as the other people did. Now they have a recording there that hangs up on you. Ill be reporting you to my credit card. Thanks a lot!
Tried to call and you service provides a short response and then hangs up. Charges on my Card Alfonso Martinez (5 of them appear on my Card this month & they are not mine) Called my Credit Card provider & had the card destroyed.
