What is it?

My debit card was charged 20.00 on 11/02/2014 APL*ITUNES.COM I have never used your service or even own an Apple. I have already contacted my financial institution and filed a fraud charge, Have also cancelled my debit card to protect from any further charges. I tried to contact someone at Apple but your phone number 866-712-7753 goes to a recording then disconnects. As far as I'm concerned you have lousy customer service when I cant even speak to a real customer support person.

I've had numerous charges for iTunes that I've never had or used.i want to speak to someone now or a real number to call. this has caused my bank account to be overdrawn.

I had the same problem of random occurring charges of small varying amounts multiple months. I called the number someone suggested 1-408-996-1010 they led me through how to block this. Go into settings, click on Apple ID, then go to my acct payment info. Mine was on credit card and I changed it to "none" which deleted my charge card info and now no one can charge.

My checking account has several unathourized charges from ITUNES and after reading all of the statements above I think we all may need to open a class action law suit!! This is not ok!! I work very hard for my money and am very frustrated that this continues to be a problem. IF I DO NOT SEE A FULL REFUND FOR ALL CHARGES I WILL BE CONTACTING A LAWYER!! I just had the same thing happen to me. I learned that my account had been hacked and my personal information (credit card number) had been used for purchases even after canceling my card...I allow my son to play games on my iPad and some of these games have things to buy within the game. Well this game was a window for someone to hack into my iTunes account and make all of these charges. Notify your banks ASAP so they can reverse the charges. Going inside the branch can't resolve the charges, but call did. From now on I will only use iTunes gift cards for any transactions on my iPad.

I am being charged every month for $4.99. I do not know what this charge is for and when I call the number it just dis-connects. I am reporting this to my credit card company as fraudulent charges and refuse to pay any more of them. I have read all of the other complaints and this is definitely a problem and will be reported to the BBB.

OK, I'm with all you regarding getting charges regarding ITunes. If you call the number listed next to the charge is an Automated one. No help there! However, when reading thru the older messages someone posted if you want to talk with a live person to call 1-408-996-1010. I called them and the person on the other line was soooooo helpful. She showed me varies ways to check on my phone to see where the charges are coming from. Mine was from a game that had a free trial. I removed the app. from my phone before the trial was up. Yet, I was getting weekly charges. She let me know even if you remove the app. from you phone it doesn't stop the charges. So you have to go into a special spot in your settings that shows all the charges. In there you will find a option to CANCEL the charges. The rep. also showed me a spot that listed the history of all charges to my account under the ITunes. You can be getting charges but its labeled ITunes for game, apps., storage, music, & misc. you name it. The rep. I had then sent me the instruction to my email for future assistance. If you do NOT want to call. In the email regarding the charge you have an option to dispute in there also. That another way to do it. I hope this message is useful.

I called 1-408-996-1010 and the lady (MJ) I talked with was very helpful. It took a long time to resolve my case which involved transferring me to iTunes representative to get refunds on some but not all the charges on my credit cards (2). I think it was better than not getting any refunds at all. All in all, a positive experience and will start using gift cards from now on, since I removed all the credit cards associated with my account.

I have received numerous charges which I will send later that I have not authorized this needs to stop and a refund sent. Why is there no live person to talk to? Are you part of the problem and encouraging hacking? I have never bought and will never buy an apple product.

Call the 1-408-996-1010 number and the unwanted charges will be refunded. The customer service rep was most helpful and even blocked my credit card number from accepting any further apple I-tune charges.

I am happy with the response from ITunes. I talked to Krista at1-800-275-2273 and she was very courteous and helpful. My credit card will be disallowed and any future purchases will have to be through a apple gift card. In approximately 10 days I am to receive a credit back to my card for 342.92.

You keep charging my card for items I have no knowledge. I'm not sure how you got my account information but this keeps happening month after month. I contacted my bank several months ago and was issued a new card and the charges stopped for a short period now all of a sudden it's at least 3 or 4 time per week. View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039 - (This to cancel future charges)

See your purchase history in the App Store or iTunes Store - https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204088 - (This one to get the charge history)

Then I called the 1-408-996-1010 to have them help me get the charges - REFUNDED!

As you can see several charges and these all add up....I do not use iTunes except to buy ear moves in a game and they are only .99 I do not buy that many. I have had a charge for $51.99 on my account since Jan. 5th 2018 and have called the 866 number and was disconnected after the recording told me what it needed to say. However, once I found this site I have called the 408 number and am currently getting my call taken care of. I hope my results are similar to those who have had success at this number. My entire car loan was disrupted by this amount as it is an account that I only use to make my car payment of 200$ a month and once the $51.99 was removed, every payment since has been late and charges have applied. I am very poor and hardly can make my car payment as it is so I don't have extra to catch up and currently have a deficit of $201.99 due to this one charge that caused a chain reaction of fees and charges and keeps rising. I review my bank transcations daily. I found a charge for $20.90 posted today from APL.ITUNES.COM/BILL 1-866-712-7753. I did not make any purchases via Apple/ITunes. I reached out to support.apple.com/itunes via email. A representative contacted me within minutes. Apple/ITunes rep was able to find my card# & confirm the charges were "unauthorized purchases. I was given a case# and will receive a refund. I went to my bank, relayed the information and will be issued a new card#. Thank you to the very helpful Kristin at Apple/ITunes Billing! This is a scam from start to finish. Contact your bank or credit card fraud department and give them all the information you can. It is not associated with Apple. Again, it is a fraud and scam.

So I too am a victim of your fraud charges. Tried calling the number only to be disconnected before talking with a human. This is a serious problem with iTunes. I have never had an apple product but still being charged for allegedly purchasing. So again iTunes you are being reported to the BBB for non-compliant.

I called 408-996-1010 twice and the number did not connect then I called a 3rd time and a guy name Justin answered and walked me through the process. From start to finish it took me 27 minutes on the phone and that included me getting two months worth of refunds. According to him they can only go back 60 days. But I was happy with that. I lost out on $19.98 but I also got back $19.98. Very pleasant young man. The refund takes 7 to 10 business days.

I am happy with the response from ITunes. I talked to Cory at 1-800-275-2273 and he was very courteous and helpful. I was on the phone for 44 min & 35 seconds. I had the same problem of random occurring charges of small varying amounts multiple months. I called the number someone suggested 1-408-996-1010 they led me through how to block this. Go into settings, click on Apple ID, then go to my acct payment info. Mine was on credit card and I changed it to "none" which deleted my charge card info and now no one can charge.

After receiving double charges twice and having my credit card refund me you disallowed that # for my in game purchases. Charge for $19.99 from APL* ITUNES.COM/BILL, then another $30 while I was on the phone with my bank. They're sending me a new card.

I was charged by ITunes x 2 months. Called 1-800-285-8585. Although I had a wait time of 15 minutes, in the end, the company refunded my charges, and encouraged me to call my bank, as whoever had access to my charge card, had the entire number, the security number, and expiration date. My case is being investigated, and I will be notified of the outcome. I urge anyone else to call as well. They were concerned that charges may be made to other companies, because of the information they had access to.
