Old "Grand-Fathered" DATA Plan by AT&T that used to be $29.99 and raised more than a year or so ago to $34.99 that was suppose to provide "Unlimited" Data (Internet) Access to your selected iPads that took AT&T SIM Card(s), but throttled the speeds way, way, way down to almost no speeds at all after streaming videos beyond 25-35 Megabytes in one month's time. AT&T buckled-down on many "Abusers" after COVID-19 Lockdown occurred noting a major portion of AT&T Customers had NO INCOME & NO MONEY to pay for their AT&T Service Bills (defaulting). Therefore, sitting idle prompted many to be on the Internet much more often for many reasons beyond watching Netflix, Hulu, Tubi, and YouTube, etc.. If you're getting that $34.99 charge that you don't recognize, it may be another name collecting on behalf of the AT&T Data you used to see on your prior charge-card/checking statements. AT&T has stopped offering the iPad Data for $34.99 (originally $29.99) a very long time ago. If you still have it, try to hang on to it by using it frequently but if you stop using it for a week or so, AT&T WILL CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT DUE TO INACTIVITY and you cannot get it back. Also, make sure your Credit/Debit Card is NOT expiring soon either. Get into your account and update the Card's expiration date before it's too late. There are no supporting links or references on this other than people who have lost it and are grumbling about never using AT&T ever again.
