Shows a Foreign ATM inquiry Fee on my statement every time i use the ATM. My bank says it is the ATM Fee not theirs. That I should contact the company that owns the ATM. This is difficult because no number shows up on their slip. I never ever use this feature when making a withdrawal. I consider this fraud on the ATM's part. Someone is responsible for this automatic charge. I want my money back. It is an extra $3.00 every time. Who do I contact about getting my Fees back?
