I noticed the charge on my account last week and the package arrived last night. I was so upset that I accidently ordered two more today.

Fraudulent charge to my credit card. i think thieves use it as a test. If the credit card user doesn't catch it and dispute the charge then they start making other charges to the card.

If you see this charge and you didn't order a sex toy then cancel your card immediately.

A charge showed up on my account for $149.22… I have no idea what company this is and how my card was used.

I have a charge on my card for 122 dollars. I didn't purchase anything, I want my money back.... this is bs. I do purchase from you guys and spend good money, so I am not happy to see random charges for nothing like this. And 122 dollars?! Come on.....

Got a fraudulent charge from PHE*ADAM MAIL on 9/23/22 for $77.77, it was also accompanied by another charge of $370.95 from somewhere called AERO GARDEN.COM. I have never ordered from here before nor have I heard of them.

I had a charge of $20.45 from ADAM MAIL HILLSBOROUGH NC show up on my credit card on 3/29/2019. I have never shopped at this store before.

This is the adult toy store that does business as adamandeve.com. Note that they are not charging anyone fraudulently, but are looking to get paid for merchandise ordered by someone else. If you did not order from them, then you have a right to dispute the charge.

I received a male adult toy did not order it was charged 77.99. I would like a refund please.

These people are so funny. Married, got caught ordering gifts for someone else and wrote a fake fraud/ stolen card memo. I use this shop for lingerie. No one stole your card and spent $100 here. Lol

Unauthorized charge from this website that I've never even heard of before I googled it, and found it was the Adam & Eve sex toy website. Called customer service and they was no help. They could've just reversed the charge but instead they just told me to contact my bank even though my bank said to contact the merchant. I've read so many complaints online about unauthorized charges from this merchant, and with their total disregard to resolving the problem I'm starting to think its the merchant that's stealing funds off of peoples cards. Definitely reporting them to the BBB.

I just got changed 20.45 by PHE*ADAM MAIL Hillsborough NC, along with another two changes from Google. None of the three are authorized by me. The Bank said it is related to credit card fraud. Be careful. Report it at once. Don't let the thief get something he shouldn't get.

I check my account faithfully daily because of these kind of people. Yesterday I found I had been debteted for a small amount but stolen just the same to the account of ADAM MAIL. I quickly did a google search to see it was a adult store. Never heard of it never needed too. Called my bank immediately to take action. May not be much but I want the money back and these people need to be stopped. It just said pending with the date and Adam Mail. I’m sure the bank cane give me the number. Which I already called the BBB in Monroe Louisiana to report this as well. It appears from the research I’ve done , that there are many reports other than my own. And as soon as the bank gives me the number the BBB will be getting that as well. The Bank I use is filing against them is well. Thank you

I just got nailed with this one too. From what I understand it's a sex shop. If you see this, your card information was stolen and you need to call your bank asap.

I purchased lingerie. Paid for and waited for shipping. This $21.45 charge is fraudulent because none of my orders came to that amount. Someone is trying to piggyback my purchase but my card is pay by permission only - my choice. I denied the payment but haven't been contacted about it by the company proving it was not legit.

I have charges with this name 56 times over the last month on my bank statement with multiple charges in a single day. This is absolutely unacceptable. The total amount they got from me is upwards of $5,100! Can't understand why it took so long for my bank to contact me about suspicious activity on my card. I better get my money back.

I was charged almost $393.54 to my card today(7/9/17) from your store. Have never shopped there and do not plan to ever. I had to google the description "ADAM MAIL HILSBOR" to even find out who/what the charge was. Outrageous.

This is an easy one to card. It works with all bins all of the time.
