My bank was charged $37.57 from Backsocksleeve.com on 1/18/23. I have not purchased anything, and I want this charge removed from my bank account.

why was I charged 24.95 on item I DID NOT PURCHASE. Processing with bank to put a STOP! ON THIS FRAUDULENT CHARGE.

I got charged 37.57 as well. Totally unauthorized and reported it to the fraud department of my bank. Changed my entire debit card thanks to these scammers.

I was charged $24.97 several times. Feb 3, 2923 and Jan. 3, 2023. Unauthorized. Reported it to fraud dept of my bank, and had to cancel my card and get another. Beware of this company!

I ordered these socks and they keep charging my card what can I do to stop the charge.

I was contacted by my back card of suspicious charge. It was for $39 which got declined. It was from backsocksleeve.com. Not a charge I authorized. If the company is legit, maybe their system got hacked??? I did order from them a while back. Now my card is cancelled and new card issued. It worked out for me. When I tapped on their link in my email from bank card company what came up was ‘do you want to set this site up’. Not legit.

I ordered once. They've charged my debit card every month since. MAKE IT STOP!

I was told that when I ordered the knee compression sock that it was a trial and I did not cancel therefore, I was charged a membership fee of $37.57. I didn't see any of that information when I placed the order so they are fraudulent. They could not tell me what the membership was for.

Your company is a scam sham on you guys

I got this knee brace I guess in the mail which I didn't order in the first place and is totally useless, now I just noticed another charge from this company for 37.57 which I certainly didn't order

Placed and received an order backsocksleeve. Now several attempts have been made to charge $24.95, and I don't know what the charge is for nor was it authorized. How do I stop it?
