$80 charge to someone's account on a reoccurring charge.
I don't even use boost Mobile. No has my account information, so how did y'all charge me and get Information?
When I called about. Y'all laughed and told me you couldn't help.. great customer service
They've been charging 78 dollars a month to my card for at least 3 months on top of my legit monthly charge.
Just noticed 2 charges on my USAA card 18Sep = 1 for $63 by BOOST MOBILE and another $41.20 by GOOD2GO MOBILE
They used 50 on my card for boost mobile! This is ridiculous!!!
My wife and I have never used Boost Mobile and have been with Verizon for 15+ years. We had a charge hit against my debit card out of Kansas for $707.49 with the phone number attached to the charge from 888-266-7848. Our bank made the charge good but how would this happen? That's a lot of money for a service or company we have never used in our life!!! ANGRY!
I do not have boost mobile but received a call from them. I did not answer and they didn't leave a message. I will not be answering if they call again.
I found unauthorized transactions on my bank account from "Boost Mobile". Days before, I received "thank you for signing up" text messages on my phone. How is any of this possible?
I've been getting a recurring payment of35.00 from my checking account since January ever since virgin mobile went to Boost. I can't get my money back for jan but I filed a fraudulent charge with my bank. This needs to stop!!!
I have been charged $100.00 4 times on 1-2-19 at Boost Mobile 6360 Sprint Parkway KS 888-266-2848. I have canceled my debit card, reported the fraud to my bank. I called this Boost Mobile store and asked if they would red flag my name, they told me they could not. I live in Wichita Falls Tx. I currently do not have an account with Boost Mobile but after seeing how well Boost Mobile is on customer service I am going today to become a Boost Mobile customer
