I know what this charge is. If you were actively in the market to purchase or sell a motor vehicle, or for any reason needed to access a vehicle history report, you may have used this site. This is a website service similar to Carfax or any other site that provides information on a specific motor vehicle. It allows you to enter any VIN number or license plate info to access a full Vehicle history report for any motor vehicle. They charge you $1.00 for a free trial that allows you to access an unlimited number of reports on a monthly basis. If you did not cancel before the trial period was up you are now being charged the full monthly fee for this subscription service.

I Hope this info is helpful for anyone trying to figure out what this charge is. It is a legitimate company. From my experience, the report I accessed on their site provided me exactly the accurate and detailed information I was looking for.

I only needed one report for one vehicle, so I immediately cancelled it the same day. Unfortunately, they went ahead and changed my debit card for a monthly subscription after the trial ended anyways.

BR BUMPER.com is completely fraud. I was charged $1 at first. Then, shortly after was charged $19.99 and then another $19.99. It seems like a monthly subscription. I thought, perhaps, I signed up for something, however I do not remember this charge at all.

$19.99 Was attempted to debited from my account on 11/02/22 but was declined for insufficient funds. I need this stopped or unsubscribed before it is attempted to be debited again from my account I did not subscribe to anything .

BR Bumper and never used the service canceled the same day and they still tried charging my card. I’m looking into starting a civil lawsuit against this company they are defrauding people all over as refuse to cancel service even after I spoke to a CS rep.

I do not remember signing up for this service. I cannot locate any kind of information or website to cancel this charge.

Same story. Thought I was getting a one dollar look at my vin. Over the last three months $19.99 started showing up in my credit card. Went to my bank today and canceled my credit card and reported them as fraud. Disputed all the charges. This thing is a scam.

Bumper.com offers a subscription that you can cancel BEFORE they charge more than the $1 intro charge. The PROBLEM, is they don't cancel your "subscription". I got charged over $120 before I figured it out.

VIN # lookup! When purchasing a used vehicle, we signed up for $1. You MUST then cancel it within 7 days to avoid $19.99 monthly charges.

got suckered into this also but then i got emails saying they could no longer process my payment, pleas update your credit card info. So i'm thinking cool, i don't even need to cancel, had one of my cards replaced. WRONG, they were billing me but the emails kept me from looking until a few months passed. Cancelled it today, we'll see.
