It's probably a US Bank card payment. If you have a mastercard under the umbrella of Kroger grocery store chain (Kroger, King Soopers Fry's City Market) this is how it will show up.

This’s used by U.S. Bank or its Elan Financial Services subsidiary when you make a credit card payment. Elan partners with various banks and credit unions to offer credit cards. All credit cards Elan issues are the exact same type, no matter the bank or credit union that partners with Elan.

I have been getting this withdrawl on one of my checking accounts but I paid off ALL of my credit cards last year, so this is a fraudulent transaction. CARDMEMBER SERV : WEB P

Fidelity Visa card payment online

The ach withdrawl was processed thru US Bank who processes for alotof companies. I found out this was a valid payment that went to Bank of Oklahoma.

The auto payment account has been frozen. I have a new Intrust Bank Account Number.
