CAREMARK MAIL NORTHBROOK IL

This place charged my credit card without me giving them my number. They called me about my caremark prescription renewal, they had a list of my prescriptions. But I wasn't due for refills for another month and the charge was twice what I pay.

After speaking to several different Caremark reps, not one could tell me why $200, then$57 from my bank account, these charges being after I transferred to another bank. So these charges were unauthorized.. And HOW did they get my information??? I'll deal with bank and hopefully get this resolved! If not, they haven't heard the last of me.

I need to updated my credit card information

I have a charge from this company which was not authorized. My Caremark prescription charges are normally reported as being paid to Caremark.com but this one was from CAREMARK MAIL NORTHBROOK ILUS. Also, it is not being charged to my preferred account.

Not CERTAIN why you were charged 9.49.Very sorry to hear about your situation. However, I can tell you two days ago I dropped Caremark like a hot potato. Here's what happened: Initially I was charged near that same price you mention here for a 3-month supply of maintenance med. Things were fine for a while with automated system handling the med and payment withdrawn from my HSA card. Straw that broke camels back is couple days ago I received a letter from them through the mail informing me same maintenance med costing a low, reasonable will next week cost $99.00. At least they had decency to inform me despite fact there's not a snow ball's chance in hell I'd pay that price. Consequently, I made up my mind and immediately decided to transfer from Caremark my med to Walmart. Walmart's pharmacy called number on Caremark's prescription bottle just to receive customer service who informed rep they needed to speak directly with pharmacy in order to make a med transfer. It was like pulling teeth to find the correct number but finally my script was transferred and on Walmart Plan the fee for 90-days cost me $10.00. I came home singing jingle bell rock and then checked my Health Savings Account balance. Even AFTER I same time decided to transfer med from Caremark to Walmart in addition to calling and cancelling Caremark service and requesting my account be closed as well as credit card removed from their system...there was a $15.00 charge to my HSA account. Where they got THAT figure from, don't ask me. I got on phone conference along with an Aetna representative who disputed charge on my behalf. They don't care what YOUR needs are, it's Christmas time and using your account to make their purchases appears to be okay with them. That is how it left me thinking anyway. Problem has been resolved but I will NEVER EVER give them another chance to handle prescriptions for me or my family. It's a matter of trust and they will abuse it if given half a chance.
