CBI*CLEVERBRIDGE INC, 800-799-9570, IL

I think this was for the mackeeper cleanup tool, but I did not agree to the liscense agreement and it said it would not charge me until I do so. Then I checked my bank account and it said it charged me around $150.

According to my understanding from the FTC, customers are being tricked into disclosing their credit & Debit card information to enroll them in a negative options program in which they can continually charge customers account. This is violating the FTC Act- ROSCA & the commissions telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) & the Electronic Funds Transfer Act by debiting consumer's account without prior written authorization. I am 91 years old & feel I have been scammed.

This company is legit. They take in payments for companies. So what you bought will show Cleverbridge on your statement. Go to their website and they have a place you can enter your email and they will send you the companies you purchased something.

I never requested the PC Fix and it scares me that they could get this posted on my credit card. I want it removed and taken off my account.

I NEVER HEARD OF CBI*CLEVERBRIDGE UNTIL TODAY WHEN I SAW A CHARGE OF $49.99 ON MY VISA WHICH WAS NOT AUTHORIZED BY ME.

I just received notification that 49.99 was charged to my credit card on 01/08/18 at 11:29 AM EST. First what is it for? And second who authorized it. Chase <no-reply@alertsp.chase.com>

This is a legit company. I recently bought a software program called Acronis for my computer. When you go to their "Acronis Online Shop" it says at the bottom that their online shop is run by Cleverbridge, Inc. 2023. So they probably handle the processing for many online stores like Acronis.com. I hope this helps!

It's MacKeeper Cleanup tool, they have a fine print that they will charge your card, the following year unless you contact them ahead of time, and once they charge you then they will not refund, but you can cancel for the next year, messed up since I am not at all impressed with the program, there is a free one called Tweck and Tuneup and it is a better program.

Charge on my Mastercard for 30.87. Never heard of this organization. Will contact CC company and report as FRAUD since all of these pot indicate the same as my experience

Got a $100.00 charge on my card which was not authorized by me.

This is a scam for sure. A charge from CBI cleverbridge on my checking account. Telephone number provided in my checking account was useless as you cannot speak to anyone. Charge not authorized by me. Charge was 34.99. Chase will cancel that charge and will provide me with a new debit card as that is what was used.

Saw a charge from CBI*Cleverbridge today for $47.68. No clue what it is.
