I have a tow charge on my charge card. I don't even know what this service is. I need some sort of receipt or something.

My experience is almost the same as Bertha Garcia but instead I was on the highway for 3 hours! This is the tow company that my insurance company (USAA) reached out to but they never came! When I called USAA back, I was told my request for towing services wasn't even in the system. I asked them to double check because they took down my credit card information and confirmed by phone that the charge went through. The USAA agent assured me on the phone that there would not be a charge. As expected, I checked my credit card account and there's the charge! I will dispute it but just another thing to take care of after having to sit on the side of the highway all day today!
