What is it?

It seems that every few months I have a few thousand dollars from CHASE EPAY MOBIL taken out of my checking account. I have never ever signed up for this. I would like to know who authorized this. There is another this month for almost $2000.00

Just went to the bank about a CHASE EPAY ONUS on my account... it was legitimate, and it did not match my other credit card payment statements (something like 'CC paid for card ending in 1234') because there was a glitch and it was entered by hand on their end. My banker had never seen it (must be fairly uncommon) but another Chase employee knew exactly what it was.

I had one of these posted to my account. After some quick check, I see it was a payment to my Chase business credit card. Not sure why it posted differently than normal however no fraud or scam. It was a bonafide credit card payment but posted in a confusing way.

This is a payment to a credit card, just not categorized correctly.

I found this Chase Credit Crd Epay Onus debit on my other account... it was a legitimate online payment to my credit card from me apparently.

Strange but legitimate for me.

Payment to my credit card. Paid on a Sunday, manual entry due to being the weekend and chose to post that same day.

I had the same question. It turns out that I had a chase business card that I paid from my checking account. I had forgotten that I had linked my checking account to the Chase business card account online so that I could pay the bill from the Chase site directly.

Logged onto my Chase account and found $100 paid to CHASE CREDIT CRD EPAY ONUS 4488272236. I didn't know what that payment is for, but I called Chase and reported it because 1> I don't use Chase Epay, and 2 I only have one credit card and this payment was to something that was not for me.

I was seeing if a payment cleared for a bill I payed and I see this $300 charge from Chase EPay Mobil. I have no idea what this is I have no affiliation with Chase Bank such as a bank account or Credit Cards, or anything at all. I called my bank and they are refunding my money. Now the fun part to get a hold of a live person at Chase to get some questions answered and find out who did this cause they have all my bank account info from my bank. This is getting ridiculous all this fraud happening to innocent people.

Atleast what I see in my statement relates to Chase Epay Onus is payment from checking/savings to associated Credit Card account balance.

If you have not made those transactions, you should contact customer care to get clarification from Chase.

Can you help? What is this charge?
