A fraudulent charge from CRUNCHYROLL *MEMBERSHI 415-503-9235CA appeared on my Australian VISA card. I have not had any dealings with Cruncyroll or Membershi.

This is a thief pretending to be crunchyroll. They charged me but my crunchyroll account has never been upgraded from the free version. Report it as theft. I don't know why the FBI is allowing this theft to go on, they need to be reported and investigated to see how many other accounts they claim to be while sifting money from people's bank accounts.

Like others, I had a charge from my checking for Crunchy Roll of $14.99 on 03/17/2023 and it passed through my account. I alerted my Institution and hoping it gets resolved. Scammers need to be stopped.

A charge for approx $62NZD appeared on my credit card in February 2023. It said "CRUNCHYROLL *TRIAL 415-503-9235 CA". I check my account almost daily so I noticed the charge before it had even been processed. Originally the CA was two different letters (can't recall what they were) then it changed to CA a couple days later. The charge appeared to originate in Africa. I have disputed with my bank who shut down my card and started a dispute. It takes 60 days to fingers crossed all goes well.

I'm getting the same number for a premium vrv membership which I do not have!

It's some sort of credit card scam. I was hit by two of these, $AUD111 each, my bank let them even though I'd told them it wasn't me. Dipsticks.

CRUNCHYROLL * 415-503-9235 charged me already for the past 2 months amount to SGD 11(USD 7.99). I already reported to my local citibank, however the auto-charge from Crunchyroll keeps coming.

Appeared on the checking account at 5/3 on 6/30/23 Immediately, called the bank and reported the pending unauthorized charges. Rep said to call the dispute line once the charges have been posted.

Do not have or have ever had an account at Crunchy Roll.

Same here Crunchyroll Eur, 415-503-9235 CA, my wife's card (Portugal) got 2 different transactions (and another to happen) with international fees associated. We went on dispute for the cash, and had to cancel the card immedeatly that was somehow the data collected. Very strange as it was used once in a several months

Got two charges from both crunchyroll through Google play and whatever this is within a day or so of each other but couldn't access online banking for like 8 months so have been charged for both. Paused the subscription on Google play and lost access to crunchyroll so clearly this isn't the actual service.

2 international transactions in pound sterling for about $114AUD each on 25 July. Bank still in dispute stage.

$114.59AU of a unauthorised transaction popped up on my bank app late last night. I have reported it to the bank and locked my card.

3 charges of 114.59 in one day appeared on my card statement, I’ve contacted my bank who have arranged a refund. I’d never heard of crunchyroll, my card has definitely been compromised as I have other fraudulent charges too.

Also happened to me with Fifth Third Bank debit card on July 2nd

Again the same on a Spanish Caixabank credit card with a 6,49€ charge in spite the long time the fraud is ongoing. I inmediatly cancelled the card and the bank reimbursed the amount (provisionally while investigating if I made the transaction: I have never used Crunchyroll).

Soooo, I do have a Crunchy Roll account. I was being charged twice by the subject charge. Turns out... I had two accounts for awhile playing with the 7-day free trial. I was able to stop the second charge by cancelling the membership on the second account and I haven't been charged for that account since. So in my case, it was a legit charge that started after my second accounts free trial ended. Hope this helps some of you.
