What is it?

irst they test with a £1 transaction then a few days later hit your account with a bigger on if you haven't noticed the first one. I was hit with £34.99. Still have no idea who it is. Report it to the bak a fraud, but they try and tell you 'maybe it's an online transaction that you forgot'. No - it's fraud. It's lockdown and I haven't used my account for anythin, on or off line.
