DISNEY PLUS BURBANK CA

The debit card I Had on file has been changed. Is There a number I can call Directly

Our credit card is being charged every month by Disney plus Burbank CA for a service that we do not have. I've flagged it on my account as fraudulent but it continues to show up on the card even after we received a new card. I've called Disney Plus and show no account under our Center or even in our town. Can't seem to get it to stop posting. I would think Disney would want to clear up these fraud charges to keep their good name.

A fraudulent account was opened under my name in May of 2022. I contacted my bank and reported this along with having a new debit card issued and a claim was filed with a full refund paid to me. On 07/12/22 it was again noted my bank account was charged for a service I did not subscribe to. My bank was again notified and this charge is being disputed and I know I will be refunded and once again this company will be reported for fraudulent charges.

Disney burbank ca is billing my credit card monthly for 1.5 years cannot gind an email address and cannot get this stopped...HELP

A transaction has done with an id number T55337697 from my zolve credit card with an amount of $12.44, and the payment is still in progress, so i request you to cancel the payment as it is considered as a cyber Crime.

This charge appeared in my bank account, and I know the bank will refund me this money, but the fraud still exist.

I've never even heard of this Disney plus BURBANK. But I was charged twice on 7/23/22, it's now showing up on my bank statement.

For the past 3 months I've had 7.99 charged twice to my fairly new card that isn't even linked to any of my subscriptions. Every month its been the same thing. Disney+ shows i have no pending subscriptions with them. It is frustrating having to dispute these charges every month for Disney Plus Burbank, CA charges!

I was running into the same problem, as I was being charged $9.10 every month. Turns out I was using my second email address while I had forgotten about. They were able to pull up my account with my second email address, cancel the subscription and they refunded the last charge. My advice is to give them any email addresses that you think might have been used to create the account, as I had totally forgotten about this other email address. Hope this helps.

My daughter got charged by DISNEY PLUS BURBANK $167.99 !!! on her TD Visa card that had been disactivated one month before this charge happened. How could this happen? Never subscribed to this service, and the credit card was inactive. We phoned TD Visa immediately and disputed transaction. They opened a claim and investigation.

For the 4th month in a row and 4 cards later . Disney plus is charging me for an account I don’t have. It gets disputed, charge reversed and new card comes. This is insane. What else can be done? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you

Disney plus crooks has charged my new card 7.99 and this is the second card they have charged and I never subscribe to any Disney plus or bundles etc. Some one needs to look into this matter please!!!

My bank account has been charged for $7.99 and I have tried to figure out who to contact to end this charge. I now have a payment through Hulu for Disney+Premium trio bundle at $19.98/ month. I cannot afford to pay twice for Disney...one on Roku(which won't allow my access now) and the other through Hulu on the Disney bundle. I don't seem to be able to identify who is behind these $7.99 charges every month. Can you help me? I'm going to call my bank next and Roku, if I can find a number for them.
