What is it?

I found this to be a charge from a purchase I made on Newegg.com. Legit.

I had a charge from DMI Dell Corp Bus for $1450.64. I called my bank and disputed charge and cancelled card. Then I called this company to tell them there was someone trying to fraud. I asked for the man's name he said first name only and would only say address of company is in India. He asked for my card number which my bank said not to release but I gave it to him since the card is cancelled he said there are no charges. Someone needs to look into this company because they have a worker I believe who is shady.

Statement description: DMI* DELL BUS ONLINE 800-456

Result: FRAUD!

My only question: Is this a legitimate DELL corporation account or another fake account using a similar name only to cause confusion. I can't get this clearly answered even by Dell without a hassle.

I got the same charge and I spoke to the credit card agency and they said they will investigate it.

I was charged on my card $2381.89 from DMI* Dell Higher Educ same phone number as previous comments up thread. This was a bogus charge. Notified my card company and was credited. Received several phone calls from someone with Indian accent claiming items were received and signed for by me. The first call claimed carrier was UPS and second call claimed carrier was FedEx. Notify your card company so they can reverse charges and investigate.

I was charged on my debit card up to $6000 and I don’t know who it is can u help me out

I tried to purchase a computer on dell.com. I signed into dell.com, I put items in the shopping cart. The next morning, signed in again and checked out of the shopping cart using Google Pay. I got suspicious when I didn't receive a confirmation email from dell.com. When I signed in again, my shopping cart was empty, and dell.com showed no history of activity. When I checked citicards.com, I found the charge from DMI* DELL CORP BUS. After checking this website, I canceled the citicards.com transactions.

I also got two charges AFTER I had sent my computer in to replace the hard drive. The first charge of $700 was for Samsung watches being sent to Oregon and the next set of charges AFTER I called and cancelled my credit card and got that charge dropped was another $374 for Samsung watch to Oregon. I talked to over 10 people at customer service at dell (they kept transferring me) and they finally gave me an order number that said that someone purchased a Samsung watch. My credit card company told me it was done on the same day of my card cancellation. I have emailed 4 different people I spoke to before at dell and not one has gotten back to me. My credit card company is following up on this matter within the 15 days I spoke to dell. They will deal with it. (By the way, I did not dispute the charge for the hard drive that I purchased) This was in addition to the hard drive and I believe it has a different heading as the fraud one has DMI dell corp business with this number and the legitimate one has Dell sales and services with a 800-393-4960 number. (oh and a fraud person from dell called me the first time. No one has contacted me about this since.

I for this charge and it's from the Dell Computer Company specifically the Employee Purchase Program. It's a fraudulent charge because I never worked with Dell or a company that deals with Dell - it was made from Texas by TIO COLEMAN. Whoever they are, you better watch your step.

07.07.2020 FRAUD -Beware of the "DMI-DELL-BUS-ONLINE-800-456-3355-TX" credit card FRAUD! I received my credit card statement for June 2020 on June 7, 2020 and saw a $149.99 unknown charge from (supposedly) Dell. It is clearly fraud.

I called their number DURING IN REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS on my credit card statement and got a response that they were closed and call back again. Well, I continued and finally got somewhere (she said offshore) and it sounded like she was in a hurricane storm on the phone. She asked me for my FULL credit card # and my full Social Security Number. Nope, I did not give it to the little scammer.

Cancel your credit card, and get a new one with a nice new picture.

Dee.

I made a purchase direct from Dell in May 2014 for a new laptop and was provided a "Friends & Family" discount for being a loyal and repeat customer. My credit card charge was indeed legitimate.

Illegal charge on my VISA today (7/20/19) $ 139.90. Contacted my bank, they put a stop, however tried to report today with DMI Dell and the call taker said the fraud department is closed on weekends??? Had an Indian accent which was hard to understand. I did not give out any info on name, card number, etc. and she didn't request it.

I saw this charge on my bank statement. I just purchased a Dell Desktop - the dollar amount doesn't match the receipt amount that they emailed me, which is frustrating, especially since today is Saturday and there is nobody at Dell who can verify what exactly it is for until Monday. I spoke with my bank and decided not to cancel my card due to the hassles associated with that. She said I could report a disputed charge as opposed to charge if indeed it is incorrect. I'm going to wait and hopefully it is legitimate.

Can you help? What is this charge?
