If you do business at Dunkin Donuts use cash. I have had multiple charges on my card as well. Several charges are not for the same amount all at the same time. My banking institution investigated the charges and wrote me back stating there were no erroneous or fraudulent charges and denied my claim. My bank statement clearly shows deductions made to my account. I Called their claims department and they gave me the old soft shoe routine but no restitution. I was just out $47.00 dollars.
