What is it?

On 2/1/23 my account was debited $1 from Elliott Homestead, Malaga Waus. On 2/4/23 my account was credited back the $1. I have no dealing with this company that I know of and did not authorize the transaction. The debit and credit both came through my partners debit card number, which we feel was most likely skimmed.
We would appreciate knowing what this is.

Exact same thing from this exact same company happened to my husband through his credit card last week. We have no idea why.
