If you didn't cancel within the trial period (30 Days) the Credit Card you used at checkout will be charged monthly for this newsletter. I don't know why your fraud departments would confirm that it's fraud when it's not. I had just forgotten to cancel in time but the help desk was very helpful and my refund went through just fine.

If you bought any of the articles or downloads, you were subject to paying a monthly fee. So it was up to each and everyone of you to go back to the site and end the free trial. so instead of blaming the company you need to cancel the subscription on your own. Why Rely on them to do it. They will not refund as per terms you agreed to or don't be downloading hangs because things are never free.
