FBB*KINGSIZE TEL ORD

I placed an order fbb*Kbb and it was paid in full. I just got a charge for $14.95 that I did not authorize. I haven’t ordered anything else from this merchant. This was an unauthorized charge.

I did not authorize a 14.95 reward charge that I am being charged by CHECKCARD 02/19 FBB*KINGSIZE REWARD 877-526-5592 IN. For some scam rewards program they decided to put me without authorization.

I called them abs told them I didn’t authorize this and they said it must have been clicked when ordering. It’s a hidden click kind of thing. After letting them know I was going to report them to the BBB I was refunded the 7 months I was being charged.. good luck!

I, too, was deducted the amount of $14.95 from FBB Kingsize, when I did NOT sign up for a membership. This is clearly fraudulent billing and maybe it's time for a CLASS ACT LAWSUIT to stop these people from doing this

FBB*Kingsize TEL ORD is a charge from "Kingsize (Big & Tall Experts)". The charge I saw on my credit card with this was for a back-ordered item. Here is the website: www.kingsizedirect.com

I ordered a cap for my husband in December 2020. It arrived timely, and the charge of 16.17 appeared on my credit card statement (December 2020 statement received in January 2021). I did not order anything else from this company.

My January 2021 statement (received in February 2021) had the same exact charge. I called the number on the statement for Rewards, and spoke with someone who said his name was Frederick. He said it was a rewards program to get free shipping on all orders. I told him I did NOT authorize it. He sent an email confirming cancellation in this scam program, and told me he would credit my account for the January charge. We will see.

A $14.95 charge for a rewards program was just charged to my account fraudulently because it was Never authorized! It's being reported to my bank card as fraud! You will have a class action lawsuits against your company soon if you don't stop this nasty habit of yours!

I was charged $65.70 from my checking account for I do not know for what. I want it refunded to my account know.I did not order anything from you!!

I was being charged $18.69. I called the number in my bank statement, 877-526-5592, and had little wait time. They asked for my last name and Zip. They confirmed my address and then canceled the "membership". They said I would receive my refund within 3-5 business days.

Charged for my $63.00 online order on 11/21/2021.Charged $63.00 again 11/29/2021 for teleorder. No tele order. Call customer service. Run, run around. 45 MINUTES LATER. The first charge is JUST an authoriztion. I call it a debit. $63 was taken from my account. CS says they don't charge until shipment. "The 1st chargeI will fall off in a couple days."direct quote. I can also call the bank and have them lift the 1st charge/authoriztion. $126.00 total. WTF??? Crooked as a snake. They are playing their customers and using their money How many customers don't catch it or understand. Shameful. Disgusting. No integrity.Never again. I'm contacting the BBB and local broadcasting. -10 stars. Some of the worst business practices, run around customer service. I've had the displeasure of experiencing. Do not purchase from these crooks. Run, run run. Do not give them your info. There is nothing free. Scam. no credit as of this post.

Fraud

I got charged $14.95 for the last 4 months. I called their support line (877) 526-5592. I them that I want satisfaction, I wanted a refund or I was NEVER going to need free shipping from them ever again. The operator said that I must have accidentally turned the "free" shipping option on. She said she removed the option, my credit card would be credited for the 4 payments in 5 business days. I said "Thank you, you may have saved a customer.

I still say this is deceptive marketing. What ever genius came up with this scam practice needs to be let go. This person is very likely to end up with them losing angry customers.

FBB*KINGSIZE REWARD charge of $14.95 has been occurring on my MasterCard for 4 months since my single Christmas present purchase. Total amount they have taken from me unknowingly is $73.80. These charges were not authorized.

Kingsized Rewards Program seems to be operating fraudulently. At the time of this writing, they could not show me the terms where it clearly states you will be charged $14.95 + tax for this program. I have, and I suggest you all report them to your credit card and ask for a clawback of all previous charges. If enough people do this they will be put into a fraud program at Amex, Visa, and MasterCard. There they will have to clean up their act or shut down. It takes only a moment to report them to your credit card company. Let the company determine if they are acting appropriately. Save others who may not be noticing these charges.

I was charged $14.95 ($15.62 with sales tax for Hawaii State) from King Size. Shown as FBB*KING SIZE REWARD. After 1hr 30 min's finally got an agent who could help (4th one). Claims I signed up for it. I demanded that it be cancelled and I get a full refund. They agreed to refund. I cancelled my King Size Card and will shop elsewhere in the future. One of those small print scams.

Just got a text from Discover about a 149.95 charge for this FBBKINGSIZE. Reported as fraud.

I just noticed the charge to my Bank account for $14.95 this morning that I didn't authorized. Who would be willing to come together for a CLASS ACT LAWSUIT to stop these people from doing this. Email me at chefdandre@live.com

A charge of 14.95 was on my American Express card. I don't know why it's there never Authorized it so please remove it and stop charging me.

So kingsize will auto set you up for their rewards program. I just noticed the charge to my Bank account for $14.95 this morning and called the number provided. Customer service was very direct and helpful. I was refunded the last 6 months as I never noticed this charge before (my bad) but… they are obligated to refund up to 6 months, nothing more. She was not able to tell me why people are auto-signed up for the program. Maybe there’s more details about it in their tiny print. However, I was refunded, emailed confirmation and helped instead of the opposite.

I got a charge from FBB*KINGSIZE TEL ORD, but it was a legitimate charge for a shirt I purchased from the Kingsize Direct website that sells clothing for big and tall men. So I do not see a problem.
