My debit card number was stolen and now this Filesfetcher.com is trying to take money out of my account. I have never heard of this site and have never authorized any of these transactions. This is FRAUD.

I had some small charges for Filesfetcher.com and cinamatrix.net. then 7 days later $77NZD 49.99us. I thought hacked. After cancelling card and submitting fraud dispute my son comes out a few hours later. It was him. To get free gems for his game you have to sign up for 1 week free trial with them. He didnt know what was going to happen when he did it. it charged full price 1 week later. Any way got the login details and signed in and a chat came up, a real person! Was going to refund me but understood and I got a refund.

So check your kids, damn online games. nyway hes getting punushed for taking my card, hes 14. Shit does happen. Not the end of the world.

I just had to cancel my credit card and now have to lunch an investigation and I am also going to file an investigation with the FBI because this is theft. And the 1800 number that's indicated is only giving you a recording and no one is picking up.

I tried to buy a film for download at Videostripe, finally the web told me I could not buy the film as I was on outside of the authorized region but they still took a random small charge and next day I also had a charge from this FILESFETCHER, non of the charges were equivalent to the price of the film, I then had to cancell my card.

This is fraud!! Be cautious!!

Saw this charge on my credit card. Called the phone number and there was a foreign guy that answered and immediately asked me for my credit card number to "verify" the charge of two cents. I asked him to tell me what i could possibly have paid two cents for. He couldnt give me a clear answer. Hung up and called my band. They explained the scam of this fraudulent company, charging a dollar and refunding it to make sure the number is valid and then making a small charge before making a much larger charge. Luckily I caught it before then! Fucking assholes.

Received text alert from bank that someone tried to test a closed credit card by charging $1.00. The phone number was 1-800-821-8411 and the charge was made to or by filesfetcher.com. The location was Malta. I live in continental US.
