What is it?

I don't have a Verizon account and was charged 253.50 from my account. A unauthorized debit. Called customer service 9/16/17.

130 dollar fraud brand new card on;y used at AT&T store Lawrenceville NJ Card was replaced because of the same store when an employee used my card applied my payment to someone else's bill (She was gone when I went back and questioned the fraud at the store) I now have a 3rd card coming as I do have an AT&T phone The second card with the FSI* Fraud was only used on that one day since I acquired it nowhere else no other charges so this fraud is going through AT&T employees. Hope this helps my Credit Cards Fraud department has been notified..

I got 2 charges from Verizon that appeared FSI Verizon on my debit card. I don't have an account with Verizon. I am reporting fraud.
