What is it?

GoGoAir sucks. You purchase a MONTHLY pass for 39.55 NOT KNOWING they will charge you that amount every month. When I called to have it removed and refunded they gave me the hardest time. VIRGIN AMERICA needs to stop working with these CROOKS!!! #gogoairRIPOFF

We have been charged $39.95 on our Visa Statement - posted on 09/02/13. We have no record of this transaction. Spoke with Ron and George in the IL office advising them to cancel immediately. We have also disputed the charge with Visa Cardmember Service, who has agreed to remove the charge.
