GOOGLE *Google Play Mountain View CA 94043 US

On A copy of transactions on a VISA gift card show numerous charges of .99 were made by GOOGLE*RAYMOND of Mountain View,CA. 94043. Last four digits of card are 4352. This has made this made this card unusable. I want a replacement card or a refund. TYPE was listed as Bill Payment credit.

I was given a $50 Visa gift card and never used it except to register and just tried using it today only to find I had 7¢ left on it. Turns out when you go to www.mcgitcardmall.com to register it. Someone made a fake registration website and has been using the information from the gift cards to steal money. Bc I tried checking the balance several times and it would direct me to a target website. But I clicked on the actual website and it took me to the actual separate page and allowed me to check the balance. I tried contacting the website but it only would allow me to call and just kept me on hold.
