Multiple charges on my Direct Express MasterCard that I did not authorize and know nothing about. Please fix this

This seems to be some massive fraud/scam going on. The name "YouTube" is separated as "You Tube".

This was in reference to my youtube premium showing up as "google *you tube g.co/helppay#ca"

I received my actual receipt from Google for my purchase made on the 8th Oct and not the 7th when that scam charge shows. And it takes 7 days to resolve, so I can't dispute it until then, which I assume the scammer has already taken the money from the bank
