Yes same Google charge for $31.31 kept getting declined on my account for months.There was no such purchase on my Google history. Finally it tried to come through today using a different name Zhou Guoxian, mountain view CA.... what is it and how do I stop these attempts?

The application that is charging them is one called ARTPLAY- CARTOON VIDEO and even if they have already uninstalled it, they will continue to charge your card. You must deactivate the subscription in Google Pay

I have never heard of or seen this before. Today, (May 2, 2024) I check my bank balance and find a withdrawal for 28.99 from this (whatever this is). I need my funds returned and am reporting fraud. Please assist immediately. I'm 61 years old, disabled and on a very strict budget. It shows on my Government Issued Bank Card as Card Purchase GOOGLE Zhou Guoxian Mountain View CA United States of America.
