I have direct deposit with Capitol One Bank, 1 checking account and 1 savings account, I use a debit card, made 2 purchases on August 2nd, 1 for 50 dollars gas, 1 for 135 dollars dollar general store, both in Massena New York. I had on August 1st a direct deposit of 1,556 dollars, this morning when I used my card I was overdrawn by 102 dollars, all from Google Social Point G CO Helppay CA, those are not mine, there are many many more pending also, Contacted Capitol One and they said yes they are fraudulent, I am a victim here, need help resolving this immediately, I have bills that come out automatically from this account, someone has gotten my identity somehow but my card has been frozen for now and a new card will be issued to me, can you find out if there is a name for whoever made these purchases, I will prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law, very pissed off

This charge just appeared on my cc too and I had no idea what it was. I googled socialpoint and 2 apps came up: Dragon City and Monster Legends. These are free apps that my son plays. After confronting him, he says he thinks he may have pushed a button on accident and now I got 2 $9.99 charges on my cc from this for whatever upgrade he paid for on this app.

Why they charge me Google social point G.Co/Helppay#. I did not use my credit card.
