This is a snack company that delivers personalized snacks. My grandson opened the account. I could find no phone number to cancel. Email was difficult to find. Apparently once an order is sent, they mark the next scheduled order as pending. PENDING ORDERS CANT BE STOPPED. IT's SETUP SO YOULL HAVE MAXIMUM DIFFICULTY CANCELLING. What customer support? Good luck.

I wrote the above statement re difficulties trying to cancel the account. They did refund my money one day after I sent the email. I appreciate that and wanted to clarify the first statement.
