I too fell victim to this scam. I ordered CBD gummies (5 bottles, I think) a month or so ago. When they arrived, I opened the bottles only to find a melted blob of gummy goo!! Tossed the crap in the garbage!! Emailed them but received no response!! Last week, I received ANOTHER 5 bottles and subsequently saw a $198 charge on my credit card!!! I DID NOT ORDER ANOTHER FIVE BOTTLES!!! Disputed the charge resulting in my card being shut down, a provisionary credit issued to my account and a new card arriving two days later! I am being charged for an order that is now set up for recurring (not by me!) I was charged an outlandish fee for gummies and now they want to hit my bank account again this time for $198.78!! The assured no additional charges.

On 10-8-22 I received products I did not order. Credit Card Billed $198.78. I notified my bank and was given the telephone number from the transaction. I called the Company.

10-10-22 as instructed I returned the product: Keto Blast, Attn: PO Box 80477, Las Vegas NV 89180 with RMA # provided by Customer Service.

12-22-22 I called requesting status on refund. After the initial questions (name, number, address, email) I was asked for my shipping information. I did not have my shipping receipt handy, however the Customer Service Rep searched the records and confirm receipt of product in full (please have your shipping receipt close by when calling).

Initial proposal: Company policy is to subtract $50 ($10 per bottle) re-stocking fee. I questioned why, since I did not order. We settled on Company keeping $25.00.

During the process, I spoke with two different customer service reps and both have been very helpful (in fact very patient and kind).

Bottom line: Charged $198.78, customer service said that the credit will be issued today for $173.78 and I was given a Refund Cancellation number.

This entire company is a blatant scam. They seem to go under multiple names, although I have only found up to three. Health1LP03 Relief1 (unknown what the rest is) And the one my grandparent has fallen victim to, SSMarkt*CX18 They seem to have two main products they are trying to sell, CBD gummies and more commonly "Keto Blast" gummies via Facebook. That are, said by them, to help with weight loss and management. My family personally has not tried these gummies but according to other reports on this forum they do not work in the line of weight loss and management. Unfortunately I am unable to find the website that was used to purchase these gummies (it was not directly from Facebook or it would be in order history) but I have discovered three (3) numbers that may be linked to the company. (877)955-5575, (866)270-2680, and the most likely to reach the company is, (833)912-2040. The unknown charge seems to be a common $198.78. Although a lot of people report more or less, this seems to be common ground. So far we have not received more than one package, HOWEVER, it seems that we are destined to receive another.

The phone number I called from this site is 877-955-5575. I will post again to let people know if they issued a refund. I will be contacting my bank as well.

This stupid company charged my FIL more than $250 (Canadian) for a "buy 2, get 3 deal" on Keto Blast supplements. Idiot. They fly under the radar of credit card companies by changing their billing name ever so slightly every few months. This is relevant, because they will undoubtedly take it upon themselves to charge you on a monthly basis until you get a hold of them to cancel.

I fell for a scam that was being run on Facebook. The ad said they were running a discount on Keto-Blast so I decided to try it. After I completed the form and my credit card information a pop up appeared and said to spin the wheel to get an additional discount the spin showed an additional 55% discount so I opted to buy 5 bottles. All I received was 2 bottles and a charge of $143.39 on my credit card. No discount and I paid $71.69 per bottle. Called customer service and they said my record showed I only ordered 2 bottles. IT WAS A SCAM.

I ordered these gummies, but found out from my Doctor that since I have Type 1 Diabetes, these are not acceptable to my diet.. So, this charge of $198.78 showed up on my debit card. No idea what it was so I had my bank check it out. This company says I ordered Keto Blast gummies...uh, no, I did not! They wanted my address, but I refused to give it to them. They told me the only way they could look up my account is by my email or my address. I had to give them my address. Long story short...Surprise! gummies showed up about 4 days after talking to them on the phone. Told me I had to return the gummies to get my refund, no invoice or any instructions on how to return it. I called back and was given an RMA number. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to make sure that they received them back. I called back 3 weeks later and was told that they had them, but that they process the refunds in another area and that it would take another 3-5 days. I called back on day 6 and was told that I had to pay restocking and other fees and now I'm only getting back $148.78 and the time frame for the return is now 7-10 business days. Everyone needs to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau asap! These people are crooks!!!

According to Company - So when you order the Keto Blast gummies, and when you agree to terms and condtions, you agree to call and cancel automatic subscription within 30 days if you do not want any more product. If they don't hear from you, they will continue to send product. If you call, they will unsubscribe you and you will need to pay shipping and handling fees to return product. They will tell you it is your fault for not reading terms and conditions and not to be rude or they will hang up on you. good luck.

I saw a charge for $258.77 on our card from Relief1 in OH. We didn't know what he charge was for. My husband had bought what was supposed to be 2 bottles of gummies for about $40 from LibertyCBD.
